Not my usual dealership but my engine light was on so

Not my usual dealership but my engine light was on so needed to stop in. Everyone was fabulous to talk to. Dottie who help me get service without an appointment was outstanding. Waiting area was comfortable and clean.

As always, the service that I received on my Camry was excellent. George, the service rep, was also excellent- patient, very efficient and personable; he was sure to explain exactly what was being done as well as what additional work would be needed.

McGee Toyota was very informative as to what and why I

McGee Toyota was very informative as to what and why I needed work done on my Toyota Corolla. The car runs beautifully now and all work was done in a timely manner and I was given free shuttles on two days which I very much appreciated.

The dealership took care of the service call

The dealership took care of the service call professionally from beginning to end. I was able to make the appointment on line and they confirmed the date and time. They advised me how long the appointment would take and were very accurate. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for all customers.

Although Dottie was very pleasant, I felt that she was

Although Dottie was very pleasant, I felt that she was too busy to give anyone enough attention. I did NOT like receiving an email and text about what McGee felt I needed to have fixed on my car when it was in for servicing. I don not know much about how cars work and needed a personal explanation for what was being suggested. Dottie arrived after I sent in my response and was very helpful - but too late. She didn't know that I had already responded. The use of computer conversations is not good for relationships. I will probably take my servicing elsewhere. Hire more help so that McGee can take care of it's customers!!
