From the first person in Service that I encountered, Andrew, to the gentleman in the office, Larry and George, to the two lovely ladies in the Cashier Department, I was impressed by the absolute kindnesses, friendliness, and focus on the customer. I never felt uncomfortable or intimidated. Andrew was patient and expressed genuine concern for my issues. He, being my first point of physical experience, certainly set a professional yet caring tone for the entire dealership. Actually, so did Larry, whom I spoke with on the phone the previous day. Larry’s genuinely caring demeanor influenced my decision to come to Napleton. George’s friendliness was an asset. These people can be attributed to my decision to make your dealership my go to place. I am grateful to them all.

The way it should always be
I left my car for two weeks with the service dept. while I was out of town. Can't say enough about how professional and helpful George in the service dept. was in keeping in contact with me and letting me know exactly what needed to be repaired He let me know costs and what was covered under warranty and what I would have to pay and informed me of other services that would be beneficial for me to do while they had the car disassemble. When I came back in town and picked up my car George went over everything they did and all the costs. The car rode like new and would not go any where else to have it serviced. Thanks George for being so honest and professional with me the entire time something you don't always find with service people.. Ray Rosenberg

New Car Lease
It was a great experience. I liked the friendliness of the entire staff. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The training on how to use all the technology in the car was invaluable. Radek was outstanding and very knowledgeable. I could have gone to a dealership closer to my home, but I've been coming here because of the sales and service staff. I highly recommend Napleton Hyundai.

I was greeted by David Choi upon entering the Hyundai Showroom. He referred me to Marc Gibrick to handle my requests. We made a lot of things happen in only one day and, in the end, we got what we wanted to happen. Thorough and Good Service.

Bad Used Car Experience
We found a car we liked at Napleton and investigated it. They seemingly worked with us to get it to a reasonable cost for us. We bought the warranty. We paid extra for certified pre-owned. We should have taken our time, waited and gone elsewhere. There was (and still is) a large stain all over the back seats and back storage which we naively assumed they would clean. They tried to clean it and failed. We paid for the car to be detailed, and they couldn't get the stains out. We weren't thorough enough to refuse the car purchase based on extensive staining. The stains were very visible and no one from Napleton mentioned them or offered to work to fix them after the initial, minor cleaning they finished. My opinion is that this seems shady, yet we haven't pressed the issue until now - because of other more serious issues we experienced. The Napleton certified pre-owned car stalled almost immediately when we got it home. It was dangerous issue as it happened when merging with traffic more than once and put us at serious risk. We immediately took the car back to Napleton and were told it was normal "turbo lag". For a second opinion we immediately took the car to HEART Certified Auto Care (they are amazing). HEART diagnosed the issue as a serious problem and we took the car to Grossinger Hyundai North for a negative repair experience (are there any good Hyundai dealers in/around Chicago?!?). Just read the Yelp reviews. Based on recent experiences, the reviews for Napleton are accurate. Napleton made us pay extra for Certified Pre Owned (CPO) so we could get the warranty (which is basically worthless as we can't find a quality Hyundai dealership to do the warranty repairs!). Now it looks like either they did the CPO 150 point inspection we paid for which was required for the certified pre-owned warranty and _missed our major issue_, or they didn't do the required CPO 150 point inspection and made us pay for it. Either way we paid for the inspection and have been trying for a month to talk to anyone at Napleton about the issue. When we called multiple times, no one was available to help, and so we left voicemails - which were never returned. Based on our experiences, its unlikely we'll ever buy a Hyundai again or recommend Hyundai as a brand. The car minus the stains is pretty nice, yet in my experience, the quality of service is lacking.

Overcharged by by $1300.00
I did buy a Kia Optima , I traded in a car and the difference was $7000.00, When I got my pay book to do my first payment, the statement showed $8350.00, it turns out the dealer charge me a warranty worth of $800.00 $500.00 of other charges . The contract was too clear, the amount to finance was $7000.00, it took me almost 2 months to get a $1250.00 as a refund, Dealer never pay me the other $100.00 .

Arrogant and lying
We went and to look for a new car we're giving the price Santa Fe 2019 on the brochure the next day when we went to purchase a car they said they made a mistake and it's not the price for this vehicle but downgraded version! Franchise manager came over said that we are trying to rip him off when we showed him the price that we are given the night before He was very arrogant horrible experience on top of that walking away from us he said to the representative " they were never going to buy the car"!!
