It was a great visit we got a good deal on 2019 Santa Fe

Great Service

Service was the best I have found but, again, that's why I come to Loren/Napleton for service. Mike couldn't have been better or more focused on what I needed and delivering the best product possible.

First new car!

This was my first time buying a brand new car. Everyone at the dealership was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make this decision. Radek and Dan answered all my questions and did a wonderful job making the car buying process clear and easy. I would pick this dealership again and again for my car buying needs! Car needed new tie rod, new struts, plus.... Nice work.

Friendly personnel and good work. My car glides over the smaller bumps and is still far better on the tougher ones than it was last week. Very satisfied.

Excellent

Excellent experience, staff could not do enough to make my car buying go smoothly. This is the 4th Hyundai I've purchased from Napleton Loren Hyundai, absolutely love the product. Everyone at Napleton Loren has always been professional, friendly and helpful. I stopped in for service and drove out in a new car. Wael was the best, couldn't do enough to make my experience enjoyable. He's great!

Regular maintenance

Scheduling is so simple. They send you email reminders after you have scheduled so that you don’t forget. My service representative George Kuhn is one of the best in the business. He’s very personable and makes you feel at ease. I bought my car at this dealership and I will continue to bring my car there for that scheduled maintenance. They make you feel like family.

Brake service & routine maintenance

At a prior service the vehicle inspection showed that the front brakes were getting in the range that should be considered replacing. We travel west for winter and I wanted to have that taken care of before I left. In inspecting the vehicle it was determined that the battery was not up to standard. I told Larry that it was replaced a year earlier so he handled the warranty replacement for me. Service performed promptly and car was returned clean.

Horrible management. Failed to honor warranty.

I will never do business with this disreputable dealership again. They are untruthful, misleading, unreliable and dishonest. They would not stand behind their own warranty. I purchased a 2013 Smart car on July 23rd 2018 with a 90 day warranty. 69 days later the engine burned out and the dealer refused to give me a copy of the warranty, refused any repair and said the warranty didn't apply and told me that the only thing they can do for me is to buy a new and more expensive vehicle from them .

We are sorry that we weren't able to come to a resolution, but we did attempt to work with the warranty company and the insurance company to remedy this. We offered the only resolution available to us after we exhausted all efforts. We do value you as a customer and appreciate your feedback.

friendly courteous and knowledgeable

I feel welcome and confident that the car will be in the right hands for whatever service needed. Everyone is friendly and now that the car is wiped down after it is washed is a big plus.
