Just recently purchased a used vehicle here and I can not say enough great things about my experience. My wife and I worked with Jason and he was tremendous.... Usually, the car buying expensive is painful but I was quite impressed with Silko. They really provided great customer service and made us feel like valued customers. These are hard qualities to find in a car dealership. Can not recommend to check them out enough to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. This is my go to when I need a vehicle which is not very often but also for service.
I could tell from walking in this is a place where people are treated right. As a single older woman who had not bought a vehicle on my own since the... mid-1970s(!), I was nervous approaching this whole process, especially in the COVID-19 era, when I didn't feel I could impose upon a friend to go with me. Silko Honda--and Heath, the salesman I dealt with, made the buying and financing process painless, and I could not be happier, either with the experience or with my luxurious new Ridgeline. Heath was very pleasant, even after the deal was sealed, responding immediately to numerous texts. I would have no hesitation recommending this place to friends.

I came in to purchase a CRV, Stan helped me through the whole process and was great! Melissafrom finance was able to secure a better rate than my own back... and was able to save more money! Wonderful people!!!
Would not budge at all on the price. Upcharge of 200$ for wheel locks not requested by buyer. Would not negotiate. Oil change deal is a joke.

First time there to get new keys told to set glove and trunk they didn’t do trunk key and wanted to charge another $138 dollars

Top notch Customer Service and Sales team! I just bought a used vehicle there that I found online. They were very quick to respond when I submitted my... initial inquiry, offered very little pressure to buy, yet were very quick to call, text or email back during the buying process- I had a ton of questions!- and each time I went in, I was greeted immediately with smiles all around. On top of that, Hansen, my Sales person, was very knowledgeable, patient and did everything he could to make my car buying experience amazing! In fact, this review would be five stars due solely to his help if not for the rudeness and unprofessional behavior I experienced from one of their Finance guys. Thankfully, Hansen (And all the other pleasant employees there (In this case, one bad apple did NOT spoil the bunch!) pulled through for me anyway and made an unpleasant employee unimportant to my buying experience! Be VERY CAREFUL of their bait and switch tactics. Received an online quote that was suppose to include all their fees. Surprise there was an additional... $479 when I showed up in person. They use multiple rounds of negotiations, to confuse and wear you out. One number goes up and another one goes down, look here and not there. Snuck in an additional cost at the end with the old "we will get that down for you," but when they came back they drew my eye to the bottom of the offer to what a great job they did on my trade-in. Allowing them not to adjust the car price AND not tell me they were going to be unable to make the update we talked about. Just a disappointing experience as I thought the old boiler room tactics had gone by the wayside.

I apologi...ze that your visit did not meet your expectations; I did have a chance to speak with management and review your email correspondence with our Internet Department. We offer transparency pricing and the email quote that you received on December 28th, 2018 clearly stated the MSRP, Exclusive E-price, sales tax, cost of MA plate, and Documentation Fee. The email also clearly states that any/all accessories are an additional cost and the quote would only be valid through December 31st. Honda incentives change on a monthly basis resulting in a price difference upon your visit on January 6th from the quote you received on December 28th. There was no bait and switch, unfortunately the email quote you received expired prior to your visit. In the end, we did offer you a higher trade value for your vehicle in order to earn your business. We have been looking for weeks and were considering if there was an SUV out there within our budget. We had just left another dealership and decided to... head over to Siko Honda as a last resort. We saw a 2015 Kia Sportage online and came in for a test drive. The facility was clean and the SUV looked great but we were not feeling the first salesman or the price. We were ready to walk out the door until we met Emilio! Emilio took his time and answered all of our questions even though they were closing. My wife was not content with the first test drive, so so we took it for another test drive when we came back two days later to close the deal. I appreciate Emilio being honest and straight up with us for that is rare! If we had not ran into him, we would have not bought the car!
