Excellent Customer Service

Friendly sales team. My salesman (Barry Otto) was excellent. He made my experience quick and easy. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was extremely polite and willing to help. The auto detailing company did a fantastic job making sure I drove off with a sparkly clear car. I will be a returning customer for sure!

Want a Honda, go see Joe Zekus at Colonial Honda

My wife and I went to Colonial Honda and had a good experience. We were referred to Joe Zekus and we were not disappointed. He helped us get into a 2014 Pilot and a 2011 Accord and we were really happy about the way we were treated. Joe was very respectful and helped get us a deal that was affordable for our budget. I highly recommend him.

Great Service and very clean

I bought a Toyota RAV4 and I'm in love with the vehicle the service that I got it was very excellent to go above and beyond salesperson it was Chris He help me in my budget I will shop again Great communication skills and work well with people I had a one-time a problem it was fixed within the next few hours and they gave me a free oil change and a free bumper

"Super easy!"

My experience was extremely easy to deal with from beginning to end. I decided to lease a 2014 Honda, which I never though I'd ever be able to afford, and it took all of 3 days from when I walked on tothe lot to when I drove off in the car of my dreams. The salesman, Joe Zekus was so easy to talk to and he explained things in layman's terms. I have already recommended Colonial Honda to friends and co-workers.

Once again GREAT experiense !!!

I love this dealership !!!! I have purchased 6 Hondas here and everyone was a GREAT experience !!!!! I am picking up my 2014 Honda Civic EX on Tuesday 10/21/14 . A loud shout out for Barry Otto who has sold me my last 2 Hondas !!!! Barry was very very good to work with and certainly knows the product !!! The best at this dealership is NO pressure at all !!!!! I will also add that I have 5 family members who have also purchased Hondas here and at least 4 personal friends !!!! A 5 star business sales , service and parts departments !!!!!!!!! Thanks again Barry Otto on your help putting me in another Honda !!!!! : )

A very good experience

This was my first ever car purchase: Waleed and the entire team at Colonial Honda made the whole process very easy. They have a good inventory of used cars and I found the prices to be reasonable. Also I would really like to appreciate the fact that Waleed came in on his non-working day to complete my car registration and delivery process.

great customer service! Walled was fantastic!

Walled was fantastic he was extremely friendly and very helpful. He meet my needs and worked very well with pricing. I would definitely purchase another vehicle there in the future.

2010 pilot more than a lemon

My husband purchased a 2010 pilot in June 2013. When he brought the car home I immediately noticed the car needed an alignment. It was shaking when I drove it. We brought the car back to Honda and they charged us for an alignment (for our 25,000 car we owned for less than 2 weeks) the car came home and rather than pulling to the right. It now pulls to the left. Brought the car back and they aligned it again. Back to pulling to the right. Brought the car back to Honda again and they informed us that the car needed new tires and no matter how many times they charge us for an alignment it wasn't going to fix the car. Awesome. Our new car needs 4 new tires. Oh did I mention that within the first 30 days we owned the car I turned my car on one morning and the radio wasn't working. It said "enter code" During one of our trips to honda to fix the radio they informed us that the battery must have tripped the radio and that it needed to be replaced. Several hundred dollars for a new battery and guess what. The car says "enter code" at least once a week still a year and a half later. Honda "does not know why!?" This keeps happening. Glad I bought a new battery. That was cool. Eventually someone gave me the code for my weekly "enter code" episodes so I can do it myself now. Long story short. This is the 4th honda I've owned and it will be my last. In less than 2 months owning this car I spent over 1000$ Also! They don't offer a lot car to use for people like me that live an hour away so I get to leave my car at the shop and have a friend follow me and then I'm car less while they do nothing to fix my car Glad I spent that extra money getting it Honda certified!
