car shopping

went in on saturday morning thinking of just looking to see what was out there stopped at colonial and met with Barry Otto and never left until i had a brand new 2014 honda crv what i always wanted in leather too had a very pleasant eperience with all the staff e met thank you Barry made my weekend.

Recent purchase

Hello Mr Surdis, I picked up the 2008 Element and I am pleased with the vehicle. It is my 4th Honda. We have 7 Honda's in my family. I wish to tell you how wonderful it was working with Chris Ferreira. Chris worked enthusiastically and diligently to assure my satisfaction with this auto. He was courteous, professional and thorough in directing me through this purchase. Kevin Lima was also very helpful. I pretty much had interaction with many of your sales staff, Dan in the Service Dept. and Jose in the reconditioning dept. You have a great group on enthusiastic, upbeat people representing you. In this day and age consider yourself fortunate. Your representatives have won me over and although I am 35 miles from Colonial, I decided to give the service dept. a go for future maintenance of the Element. The best dealership around.

My family bought 2 cars there in a span of a week. A brand new 2014 Honda CR-V and a (barely) used 2011 Nissan Murano. The staff and service was so friendly, knowledged and helpful. Everyone was fantastic but A special mention goes to Waleed Shah who greeted us outside every time we arrived before we could even walk in the door along with helping us through the entire process. True customer service! We will absolutely recommend Colonial Honda of Dartmouth to anyone in need of a car.

Had a surprisingly "chill" experience buying a used 2012 Odyssey at this place. Scott Soares respected the extensive research we'd done before arriving and didn't go into the super pushy mode we've encountered at every other dealership over the 38 years we've been buying cars. Traded in our 2003 Odyssey -- which I loved (bought from a different dealer). I've never been able to say it was really a pleasant experience buying a car before this. Scott made the whole process really easy and let us have room to make our own decision. We appreciated this dealership's fair prices and straightforward negotiating, too, and decided it wasn't necessary to look further. Did it all in one day. We'd heard similar comments from friends who'd bought a car here 2 years ago -- really glad we went here.

No Pressure

We went car shopping and several dealers were very high pressure. When we went to Colonial, Scott was there to answer questions but did not hover over us- which allowed my husband and I to talk about what we wanted and expected in a new car. We received excellent service and a great deal!

Bent ove backwards to help me

Barry Otto The actual Sales person that sold me my new CRV EXL with Navigation was Barry Otto. Barry was one of the most accommodating car sales person I met in my life. He did not try and pressure me. He actually listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something Else. Barry actually came in on his day off make sure my purchase went well Barry was Awesome Greg Dawson BDC director Colonial did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock. I feel Greg went above and beyond in locating exactly what I wanted. Great job Greg. Rich Pacheco Manager. Fast and Friendly!

I leased a Honda Accored Coupe at Colonial Honda. I initially worked with Ash Lee Lopez via the internet who answered all my questions and must add her response time was outstanding. I then worked with Brian Ponte on the Sales team who I am giving an A+ to. Brian was professional, knowledgable, and very friendly. Though I do not recall the finance manager that spoke to us, but he was also great, very accomodating. Would recommend and will for sure go back when my lease is up. Linda

Colonial Honda and Brian Ponte = A+ service

Leased a car from Colonial just yesterday. Brian Ponte was my sales agent. Brian did a great job! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly, a pleasure to work with. I do not recall the finance manager's name that sat with us to wrap up the deal, but he too was great to work with. I would definitely do business with Colonial Honda again and will highly recommend Colonial/Brian Ponte to family and friends. A+ !! Linda
