I put a downpayment on a new truck on Feb 7, that was in

I put a downpayment on a new truck on Feb 7, that was in transit to be delivered by Feb 15. When I called to see if the truck was available, I was told between Feb 24 and March 6. On march 6 when I called, I was then told it would be between march 13 -24. By now, I was not feeling very good about the delivery. I now had a different sdales person, and was told that my truck left manufacturing on March 5th (remember it was in transit February 7). I dont like to deal with dishonesty, so I contacted the regional office to let them know the run around I was getting. They opened a case and amazingly I got a call the next morning saying my truck was in! I was so excited, so rushed to the dealership. Here, they tried to sell me a different truck... An SR rather than a TRD. When I pointed out that MY truck was trd hybrid, I was then offered trucks for more than 10,000$ more than I signed on for my truck. The sales manager Theresa was unwilling to recognize that I was being given the run around. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 40 years, and this particular dealership over 30 years. Sorry to say I will; never step foot into a dealer that will lie and try to swindle...

Wish I could give a zero.

Wish I could give a zero. Dishonest and disrespectful. I was lied to and given the runaround. I put a downpayment on a tacoma hybrid on 2/7, given an arrival date on 2/15. So then Theresa offered my a "couple hundred bucks off a different truck that was over $10,000 more than the original vehicle MY truck. Done with Dartmouth Toyota after 30 + years of loyal service... I will give my money to Falmouth

Bought new Toyota tacoma, easiest car purchase ever.. negotiated online, no surprise at dealership. Straightforward, Easy & Honest. Financing was easy, great rate.. My experience for the first time at Toyota of Dartmouth was great. I recommend Jim Cappailli he was knowledgeable and understanding, never pushy. I upgraded my vehicle with a easy process with Del Green. I was able to leave the same day with my new vehicle.

Service was not complete when promised.

Service was not complete when promised. Wipers working fine but tech refused to give inspection sticker unless I bought new $50 wipers...feeling nickel and dimed and had to wait two hours for a tire rotation and inspection sticker :( Oh wait, their "complementary" car wash was down AGAIN

We had a really good experience with the salesman for our

We had a really good experience with the salesman for our purchase of a new car. Our sales person, Nicholas Lourenco, was fabulous! He was very helpful, very patient, and answered all our questions and concerns. He even gave us a great restaurant recommendation for lunch. In short, loved our salesman! Our only complaint, and hence just 4 stars instead of 5, was with the finance person, who rushed us through the paperwork and didn't clearly explain all the forms that we were signing. We regret not pushing back since we noticed an error later when reviewing the documents at home (note to self... don't give into the pressure ever again).

I am writing because of my experience with Dominic in the

I am writing because of my experience with Dominic in the Parts Department. I looked all over for a center cap for the wheel of my Tacoma. The part was on back order. I called numerous Toyota dealerships to no avail. I even went to another dealership to find out it was the wrong part. I was told they had the part at Dartmouth Toyota. I drove over an hour to get the part. Dominic came out to my truck to not only see if it was the correct part, but he also helped me put on. It is tricky to put on and did not fit correctly. He figured out how to put it on and we learned that all the other center caps were put on wrong from my last tire rotation oil change at another Toyota dealership where it had previously been serviced. I was at risk losing all of my center caps. He went beyond the call of duty. We fixed all of them. He is an incredible employee and should be recognized. Great attitude!

I travelled 45 miles to have service performed on my SUV

I travelled 45 miles to have service performed on my SUV at Toyota of Dartmouth. Their employees were extremely professional and the service was fast & efficient. A large screen monitor in their spacious waiting area displays the status of your vehicle’s progression through the maintenance process. And most importantly, their employees respect your property by not damaging it, unlike the Mid & Upper Cape’s Irate & Failmouth Toyota dealerships.
