They gave me a fair trade in value and good price on a Certified Preowned Toyota. My salesman, Matt was straight forward and didn’t attempt to baffle with BS. The SUV was delivered clean with everything working.

Dartmouth Toyota gets an A+ for inclusive service

I give Dartmouth Toyota an A+ for inclusive service. The grade reflects my experience beginning on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, when Paula offered a preliminary evaluation as to possible causes of the vehicle’s problems. Upon entering the garage service bay, I was greeted by a pleasant individual, the service advisor, Cascious Arruda, was well versed in the mechanical issue needing attention and, Rick, the courtesy car driver, was on time, had a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic. Rick has a good handle on managing his driving schedule in an effective and efficient manner. After the servicing, my 2013 Camry responded like the first time I drove it off the lot. Dealership and salesman provided me excellent service during a time when new automobiles are in short supply. During my six month waiting period I was kept updated regularly about the status of my order. When it arrived the dealer honored our prior agreed upon price and trade value. The entire experience was painless.
