Salesman was honest and a pleasure to deal with. The agreement was made but we had to wait for vehicle. When vehicle arrived, the deal was homered. Everyone was happy. 5 stars!

Lies, lies lies....
Purchased a Tacome nearly 2 years ago. Received 4 oil changes as part of the deal. Received first change but had to ask for my free change. Just drove 40 minutes, one way, to get my second free change and they have no record of the free oil changes. Service department was rude. Sales department didn't care. Sales manager wouldn't respond. They promised me service in order to complete the deal and then didn't stand behind it. AVOID THESE LYING CHARLATANS AT ALL COST!

Lies, lies, lies
Brought my Tacoma in for its second free oil change. Received 4 when I purchased. Had difficulty first time, but they found it. This time, they could find no record of the free oil changes. Service department was rude, sales department could care less. Sales manager wouldn't even respond to our calls. Constantly sent to voicemail, Drove 40 minutes one way. Why would I do that when the service around the corner from my house does oil changes cheaper? Check out their reviews on other outlets. NOT GOOD! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Bait and switch. I went through the Toyota website to...
Bait and switch. I went through the Toyota website to buy a Toyota Rav4 Prime plug in s.u.v. and was directed to Dartmouth Toyota in Massachusetts. the internet sales associate sent me a price on the car, "2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime SE - Stock# 14401 Your Price Promise Quote $41,219". the internet sales coordinator called me at 10:30am, said they had the car in stock as quoted in the email they sent me. i made an appointment at Toyota Dartmouth, MA. with the internet sales coordinator for 12:00 the same day, just 1-1/2 hour later to come in, see the car and test drive it. i got my 2 year old son ready, had to adjust his sleep schedule, my wife ready, my other son ready and myself ready to get to the dealership for our appointment. As told, i asked for the internet sales coordinator when i got there, that person did not come to meet me, instead i was seated with a different sales person, or who i assume is a salesperson, but it was never told to me. this person clicked on the computer for a few minutes without speaking to me at all as i waited. this salesperson got up walked away for a couple minutes and came back. when they came back they said that car had already been sold and that we could not even test drive it; but they said they could show us a different car. i was in disbelief. they told me they had the car i wanted, and even gave me a price for it not even an hour and a half before i got there. i said so you just wasted two hours of my time then. the salesperson said yes. no apologies, no explanations, nothing. i just got up and walked out in frustration. Toyota in Dartmouth Massachusetts are dishonest and they lie. They bait and switch cars to potential buyers and waste their time.

Do NOT go here! I made an appointment to test drive a car and was given a quote. When I arrived for the appointment an hour and a half later with my whole family I was told the car was sold. I could be shown other models but I could not test drive the car I made the appointment for. I did not get a call on my cell phone which they had notifying me that the car was sold. When I got home I called to speak with a supervisor and was connected directly to a voicemail with no name. Most likely this was a bait and switch which waisted half of my day off. This company is clearly dishonest and should not be trusted!

Oil Change
Went in for an oil change. No problems. Lots of paper documentation at the end of the process which was different from my experiences at other oil change places.
