It’s my second lease from TOD the lease before them were from another dealer but I had it serviced at TOD never had any complaints the service was excellent so I traded the 2013 Venza and got a 2016 Highlander with still a year to go I traded that for a 2018 CH-R my salesman Was Tim Murray. He worked everything out and I left in three hours with it he explained all of the controls on the vehicle and about extra options I plan on seeing Tim for my next one he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and also polite and courteous he made sure I was comfortable and asked me several times if I like a coffee or water Victoria

Scheduled Maintenance
I like that they know what has to be done based on the regular maintenance schedule and I don’t have to guess what to do. In addition, they let me know when they find things that need to be fixed and give me the opportunity to have it done at the same time, or to schedule it at another time.

Helpful as always
Always helpful! Brought my car in with warning lights on, no appointment. Not only did they take my car in, they called within the hour to let me know what was wrong and it was ready two hours earlier than expected. We've bought 7 Toyota's (so far) from Chris Burke and Toyota of Dartmouth. Always reliable, and they take expert care of you!

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable
Brought my 2008 RX400H in for a problem with the heater. Was quickly brought to my attention the coolant level was very low which could cause the problem of no cabin heat. After the drain/flush and check of coolant system the heater problem was resolved. I Also opted to have the cabin air filter changed which required a servicing of the blower fan. They took care of that on the spot. This is my first visit but I will be back in the future. Great service.

New Highlander
Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Buying process was easy and pressure free. Tim was my salesman and he was very helpful not at all pushy. I would definitely buy a car here again

Needed a car
Came to see a car that had been on the lot for some time and was supposed to be ready for sale. It was dirty, moldy, smelled horrible, and was not even running properly. All the cars on the lot have disquisting deodorizers in them to cover something up. Overall horrible experience and waste of time.
