Gary Letourneau was by far one of the best salesmen that I have ever encountered! I was not pressured or backed into a corner to make a decision. They honored the TruCar value and was very helpful finding what I wanted. This is the second new Highlander that I have purchased from the dealership and would recommend Toyota of Dartmouth to anyone who is looking for a Toyota. Service department is exceptional.

poor customer representatives
I was there for my car oil change (Camry 2010) and they messed up the oil pan, during oil changing ; which was perfectly fine . later on , I raised the matter to available jaime Goncalves (service advisor) and Tom menchi ( service director) they showed me unprofessional behavior and turned me down and further I ask for general manager info they gave wrong email and phone number. short story on criminals who are ruining the brand image and ripping off customer pockets to increase the sale. beware or be a lawyer.

Very friendly and offer reasonable prices off the bat
I was helping my father shop for a car, and my father was hesitant about the purchase, delaying several weeks before finally deciding to buy. Throughout those weeks, we kept visiting this dealership and Wayne remained helpful and courteous each time we visited. He explained the details of the certified pre-owned warranty when we were considering buying a used Camry and when we changed our minds, he let us test drive just before we bought the new Corolla L. Paula also immediately honored the TrueCar price as soon as I entered my details on the TrueCar website. What's amazing is that after showing a lowball quote from a competing dealership, Wayne split the difference in writing without my prompting and without an expiration date to pressure us. I do appreciate the lengths Wayne went through to put my father at ease and ultimately, we bought from here because the staff here valued our time even though we were a bit imposing on theirs.

Oil change
Improperly tightened the drain plug.. The following morning a pool of oil was found on the garage floor. Contact with service dept. proved unaccommodating response.

I appreciated the efficient service and attention to my need
I had a 2005 Prius with all my servicing done at the North Dartmouth dealer. I have always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. In spite of the dealership getting even more busy than I recall when I first purchased the Prius, it seems that the staff is even more attentive and welcoming. I recently purchased a Rav4 hybrid. I was about ready to buy at Forester, but just couldn't leave the hybrid and a dealership I had learned to trust. I appreciate the snacks and drinks. Recently I worked with Chris Burke to buy my new car. I first saw him in 2016. He didn't hound me while I explored my options honoring my request not to be pushed. Consequently, last month I sought out Chris when I was ready to buy. He was attentive, helpful, friendly, and a strong advocate. The new electronics was overwhelming; Chris made himself available to do more teaching/orienting re the car. Thank you.

Camry purchase
My experience was awesome at Toyota of Dartmouth. Dave Beard helped me out tremendously and was up front and honest the entire time. He went out of his way to help me with my situation and get me into a car that fit my needs and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend dealing with him and the dealership as a whole. Del green also was pleasant to deal with and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience.

Professional, Polite, Unbeatable prices
I'm an educated car buyer and did lots of research on many Toyota dealers - Dartmouth Toyota was the best Hands Down! I actually took their offer to another (closer) dealer and even they recommended to jump on this deal. competitor waas $2400 above Dartmouth's quote - and $800 below the value of my trade. Buying Experience wise, Dartmouth was above the rest as well. No pressure, just facts and advice. Tom Peasley genuinely wanted me to have the right vehicle and buying experience. Having free car washes for 3 years was just icing on the cake! If you do not at least consider Dartmouth for your next vehicle, you are doing yourself a financial injustice. Great experience!
My husband and I each recently purchased cars from Toyota of Dartmouth. We both dealt with Tom Peasley and would highly recommend him. He made the buying experience easy and pleasant. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and did not try to oversell buy suggesting things we did not need or want. We also worked with Del Green in financing and he was very personable and efficient.

Gary Letourneau is great
This is the third car I have bought from Gary. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I think I got a very good deal. I have know the service guys for 20 years and they are all great also. That's why I buy from Toyota of Dartmouth.
