Just had a great experience buying a car at Bristol
Just had a great experience buying a car at Bristol Toyota. Salesperson Andy Espinal was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I am an older lady and have bought many cars over the years. This was probably my most positive experience. Finance manager Jimmy Lane and the general manager were also courteous and helpful. I would unequivocally recommend Bristol Toyota to anyone.

They suck
Horrible customer service… Called about a vehicle… Was told it was available… Went down to take it for a test drive… While we were driving the vehicle another couple was putting a down payment on that vehicle. Why not wait until the other customers finish checking out the vehicle before you have other people go down. And we had an appointment. Horrible horrible will never go back

I have bought a new car every 3 years and have visited...
I have bought a new car every 3 years and have visited lots of dealerships this year. Due to the shortage we couldn't find a car that we wanted in stock. Any vehicles in stock were marked well above the MSRP. We were thrilled to stop in to Bristol Toyota. They had what we were looking for in stock and had others coming in January. There was no mark up and we were given the trade in amount we requested without haggling. This was the best experience, by far, that we have ever had at a dealership. Juan Espinal, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable, far above other dealerships. I highly recommend them and they will continue to get our business and recommendations.
