I have purchased see real vehicles at Bristol Toyota. Just purchased the grand highlander and from sales to financing they were amazing to deal with. On the day I was supposed to pick up my new vehicle i was delayed due to work and the monsoon we were having for weather, they delivered it to my home, met me there, reviewed everything with me, got my app set up and my phone before they left even though their shifts were over. They understand the true meaning of customer service. Big shout out to Jess and Andy in sales and Kerri in finance, I will always come back to Bristol and my family will never go any where else!

Great dealership to deal with . Honest no game playing . They talk on your level . Make you feel that you are important as a customer . This is my 5th Toyota purchased from them .

I would like to comment on the exceptional service provided by Alex Larochelle. I had him as my service advisor this passed weekend. I have had him as my service advisor before as well. He is always very pleasant, courteous and helpful. All of my family members who have had Alex as their service advisor also agree. Keep up the great work, Alex!!!!

Told wrong price on phone They gave me a discount but not the amount I was told on the phone. Had to ask them to check transmission fluid and I was told they don't typically do so during an oil change but they did. Big red flag not for that to be SOP for a 20 year old car(has the dipstick).....Asked them to top off all fluids. They didn't, they didn't even put in enough oil I had to had some. Low enough for potential damage. Didn't top off coolant either. They also didn't noticed my broken rear spring. Doesn't look very good on their part they aren't looking for safety issues which they are supposed to. They recommended me to replace my brake fluid and coolant. If the fluids were looked at by seasoned mechanic they would've seen it was new fluids already. This is blind upselling. They also failed to ask if I've had major routine maintenance that vehicle is due for....
