Mike Poulin was great to work with. He made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable about all facets of the car and happy to take the time to demo how everything worked. Horrible customer service!! The absolute worst experience ever. I purchased my very first brand new car from Balise and as soon as I had my first service issue, due to a defect in the car mind you, I had deplorable customer service at the front desk, the associate (I'll be kind and leave out the name) treated me with complete disrespect. I would never buy a car from this dealership, and will spreading the word about my experience. I really enjoyed my experience buying a Honda Pilot at Balise Honda in West Warwick. Mouayad Alkabouni was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable regarding all of the features of the vehicle and patiently explained them with enthusiasm. I didn't get any feeling of pressure to buy during the experience and Mouyad processed all of the paperwork very quickly. I hate to wait around at car dealerships when buying a car, and Balise proved to be efficient exceeding my expectations. I even learned how to use a few features on my iPhone.

I initially contacted Balise for an online quote and Catherine Ledgere-Prior provided me with all the information I needed. She made sure to follow up with me via email and I met her on my first visit to the dealership. She introduced me to Michael Poulin as my sales associate. From the moment I met Michael, I felt very comfortable with the entire process. We went for a test drive and he answered all of my questions in regards to the different trim options available. Michael worked diligently with me as well as his sales team members and was able to accommodate my requests. I am extremely happy to be a first time new car owner in a 2017 Honda CR-V. My experience was great. From the first phone call through delivery, everyone was super friendly and personable, which is a huge plus in my opinion. Catherine was my first point of contact and was very expedient and friendly. Kevin was my salesman and he was awesome. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Mike was also great. Then I worked on the finance side of things with Ian. He was also very patient, thorough, and super knowledgeable.
