Very amazing experience

Mike was a very amazing sale person, he was very respectful and amazing sale person... He has a amazing sense of humor... loved the experience there. The finance department was very nice and explained everything good

Shocked at "Bait and Switch" promotion

I received a letter in the mail saying they were looking to stock up on more of my year and model car. Said they would pay a minimum of $4000 trade-in value no matter the condition of the car. Plus if I came in for their promotion would also receive a Target Gift card for just coming in. What a joke! Wasted 2 hours of my time, never received the gift card and had to listen to the spiel of the salesperson and manager, both of whom did not listen to any of my needs and were pressuring me to get into a lease. I clearly said several times that under no circumstances was I getting a lease. They only offered me $1000 for my car and came back with MSRP price for the new car-never even asked ahead of time what I would be willing to pay. Very disappointed because I bought my previous car there when it was majestic and was still a family owned dealership. I went there for 10 years with my car when it was majestic. Will never go back and tell everyone I know NOT to go to Balise.

If you're looking for a replacement for your VW TDI go here

I just bought a 2016 Honda Civic Touring from Balise and everything from start to finish went smoothly. I'm in the same situation as a lot of VW diesel owners. We are all scrambling to find a replacement car as we wait to turn in our diesels to VW. The staff at Balise understood my situation and even offered to help me during this transition. They realized that my purchase time was dictated in part by the progress of the VW recall, and did not pressure me into buying before I had everything lined up. In the end, I purchased my Civic early, and parked my Jetta as it awaits for its turn in date. For all you VW owners looking for a replacement for their TDI's, I would strongly recommend Balise Honda as a place to stop.

Kudos to Service Manager

Took my 2010 Honda Fit to Express Lube for an oil & transmission change. A week later my car starting smoking in the back and there was oil splattered all over the back. I want to thank the Service Mgr., Peter Slota, for taking responsibility for the attendant not tightening the plug and causing my car to drain most of it's oil. They towed my car, gave me a loaner and committed to finding out what happened. On behalf of his dealer, he did the right thing, thoroughly checking the car for damage and guaranteeing that if there is a future problem they will take care to it. Thank you Mr. Slota and Balise for doing right by the customer. He was pleasant and professional.

A fantastic buying experience

When I found the Kia Soul I was looking for on their website, Jennifer Hyllested got right back to me, answered my questions, and scheduled an appointment to come in and see the car. At the dealership we were met by Cedric Silveira who answered all of our questions, helped us through the process, and in less than four hours we were driving away in our new car. The process couldn't have gone better. They will be our first, and hopefully our last stop when we shop for our next car.

Jim Smashe made buying a car a great experience!

Jim Smashe at Balise Honda of WW was very easy to work with. Jim is 5 star! I never felt pressured or pushed into buying something that was not right for me. Buying my 2016 Honda Civic was the best experience and hassle free. Jim really explained every detail of the vehicle which was very helpful! Jim Smashe was very courteous from start to finish.

worst experience

The gentleman we got to show us the car we were interested in never even introduced himself! No idea what his name was as he apparently didn't care. When he brought up the car it was horribly dirty. When I asked him what year it was he didn't even know and guessed it was a 2011. It was not. Considering how many dealerships we've gone to today, I was extremely disappointed in this one.

Management would not take a deposit for a car

I was quite disappointed in the dealership. The salesperson was great but when i specified the vehicle I wanted, management said it was next to impossible to get it and they would not even try. I explained I would wait 10-12 weeks but they did not even want to to try. I went to another Rhode Island dealership and within 5 weeks i had my car. I felt sorry for the Balise salesperson.

"A nice car buying experience"

I recently purchased a new 2016 Honda CRV from Balise. The salesperson was Mouayad Alkabouni. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions, etc. Also, he was very friendly and personable and made my car buying experience a pleasure.
