I have given the rating that I have because I went there looking for a new Honda Accord and they helped me find exactly what I needed at an affordable price. The service was great and they answered all my questions and showed me anything I didn't understand.

Richard was great. Showed us the car that we had come in...

Richard was great. Showed us the car that we had come in to see but at the end of the test drive said let's take a look through the lot to see if another used car (perhaps one that had not been readied for sale yet) fit what we were looking for better. He also took time to look at the Lincoln,RI dealership inventory if something might work. As it turned out, Richard found us a 'diamond in the rough'. The dealership was able to come down within our final price range including taxes, fees etc. We were so happy as we had been combing on-line sites, newspapers and car magazines since last October looking for the right car as a college graduation present for our daughter. This was it! Terra was clear with explanations on the paperwork which we also appreciated. We picked up the car on Saturday morning and it was ready and waiting. All cleaned up just like a brand new car. We were in and out within 1/2 hour. Although I can't speak for their service department at this time, I would not hesitate to provide my repeat business to this dealership.

I can not express how wonderful my experience at Majestic...

I can not express how wonderful my experience at Majestic Honda South was. Sarah was a fantastice sales woman, she has so much knowledge of the cars and got me a great deal on the car I wanted with no hassel. I had a terrible experience leasing my first Honda at Metro the servie was terrible, very unprofessional workers and it made me very uncomfortable to do business with them. At Majestic it was just the opposite they have a great selection of cars and trucks a great and friendly staff who is willing to help you in any way they can. I will 100% buy/lease a car from majestic in the future! Sarah was simply amazing she was friendly, kind, always smiling, assured me everything was going to work out fine and it always did. She was consistent with her sales and made the car leasing process painless and dare I say it almost fun. The team work between Sarah and her managers was fast and right to the point there was not much of a haggle, they worked to make me happy and got me into the car I wanted. I will recommend Sarah at Majestic to anyone whoe is looking to buy or lease a new car, I already sent my parents up there to start looking for there new car as well as my sister. Thank You Sarah and Majestic for making my car leasing process a great experience i'll be seeing you again when my lease is up. :)

From the first time David approached us in the parking...

From the first time David approached us in the parking lot, he was very helpful. Showed us around and did not purt pressure on us, and thats a good thing. When I called him to set up an appointment he was right there. He gave us just what we wanted and the service was fast. We felt like we were family, and not just another customer. When I picked up the car, then again he took the time to show me everything inside the car, and made me feel comfortable driving it home. Sometimes you drive off the lot and don't have a clue what to do. I would highly put David in a A+ rating, and if i need anything all i need to do is call, and i'm sure he'll be there.

I went to Majestic last Saturday to check the new Honda...

I went to Majestic last Saturday to check the new Honda Accord Sports. After reviewing quotes from several dealerships, Majestic gave me the lowest one right off the bat. Another dealer matched their quote but they pretty much let me walk away during the process instead of trying to keep me around. I will like to rate two individuals I worked with during my car buying experience. My five star review is also based on my interaction with those two individuals. The first one Catherine Ledgere, although she is not a sales person, she is very convincing, friendly and pretty much was the reason I went to the dealer. Great job to Catherine who inspires, trust, friendliness, and professionalism! The second individual is Josh Ostrow, who was also very friendly, honest and sincere. Josh shows he care for the customer and made me feel like so. Josh and Catherine basically sealed the deal last Saturday! I did provide more specific feedback to the manager and hope that feedback is utilize to improve the customer experience. All in all, I drove away with an excellent car. Again, great job Catherine and Josh!
