Financing a 2020 GMC started hearing noise in rear-end (3

Financing a 2020 GMC started hearing noise in rear-end (3 year old truck) took it to hurd they looked at it and said it was front and rear pinion barrings which they don't have any because they are back ordered with no time line of when they will In. its under warranty so they gave me a loaner a Chevy equinox. My work is in the building maintenance field so how am I supposed to put building materials and supplys in this car with out trashing the inside plus my truck has 4 wheel drive which I need for bad weather when I'm on call for emergencies I asked for a truck but was told they don't have any ( ironic and truck dealership doesn't have loaner trucks) I drove the loaner today in the snow and it was terrible that was only a couple of inches I don't feel safe driving this car in bad weather this is a problem. I understand things happen parts get back ordered but when I asked if she knew when the parts would be in she answered with just a no no explanation nothing so in my mind it could be weeks,months? A three year old truck shouldn't need these parts replaced in the first place. if there has been an ongoing problem then someone should have made buyers aware this is no fault of mine but yet I'm the one stressing out and inconvenienced. I'm not going to be able to use this loaner I need a work vehicle not a passenger car. I'm very dissatisfied with this situation.

Jim was one of the best salesmen that I have encountered

Jim was one of the best salesmen that I have encountered in my years of purchasing automobiles. I went in to purchase a new Corvette and trade in my older Corvette. The dealer was hesitant to give me the trade in deal that I wanted but Jim was able to make it happen. A day that started with doubts turned into a great car buying experience and I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I was happy with.

I have enjoyed working with my sales person and Hurd as a return customer. I wish I could have gotten a little more for my trade in. In the end I think they were fair and very professional. I will buy my vehicles in the future and refer friends and family.

It took a few trial and error’s to find the right market

It took a few trial and error’s to find the right market mix; but sure enough Desiree and her the team found a way to make it happen AND Under Cost of where I could have been. Even with my rocky credit, Hurd heard I had a need and Delivered!
