I recently just leased a Chevy Cruze LS from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston and my dealer Brian was excellent! Very friendly and personable. It's my first time leasing a car and he was very patient and curtious through out the entire process. Not only is the cruze fabulous looking, but it has a smooth drive, great on gas and has a ton of features!

Earlier this year my wife and I bought a 2010 GMC Yukon XL at Hurd Automall. As part of the negotiations, we told Gene and Chip that we needed to be sure the registration was in place by a certain date because we needed the truck for our annual family vacation in Florida. They both assured us that this would be no problem. Well something unforseen happened, and there was a problem with getting the truck registered in time for our departure. Not having the truck would have been devastating to our vacation, but Hurd stepped up and provided an equivalent substitute vehicle for us to use for the trip. Started my research at Hurd after buying a new Silverado in the past. Drove through the lot and found the truck I could see myself in. It was just at closing on Saturday evening. Jordan grabbed the keys and showed me the truck even after hours. After the wife and I left the dealership, I told her what a great guy Jordan was. Monday he found me the rebates and the payment that I was comfortable with. If you are tired of the BS, go see my guy Jordan.

I searched for a pre-owned Maxima and came up with Hurd Auto Mall which was about 2 hours away from me. I arranged a visit with their internet sales woman Alysa and made an appointment, met Gene who had the card up front ready to drive and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. John the manager was awesome. He was not able to knock off as much as I thought but in the end, the car was exactly what I wanted and we came back a week later to sign the deal and drive the car home. Gene also arranged to mail my plates. If you go see them, I highly recommend seeing Gene. He is really nice, will get you whatever you need, great coffee, great showroom and place to go see cars and he will give you a tour. I don't have a lot of history with the Hurd family but I was really impressed. Seemed as if they are really trying hard to win customer loyalty. I told Gene I would write a review so just go see them - be nice and they will treat you really well!

Bought a 2013 Cadillac SRX and the Salesman, Larry Lemoi was an absolute joy to work with. The transaction was short, smooth, and Larry even came in on his day off to deliver the car. I would recommend anybody that is in the area looking for a new or used car, check out Hurd and ask for Larry.

Great sales buying experience. Information was accurately presented. Sales associate asked if we'd like to keep the vehical over for an extended stay before buying. That was great.
