My wife bought a Chevy Malibu back in Dec and we dealt with Marcin. He proved to be very professional and helpful. He was not pushy, which would have annoyed me to no end. When I decided to buy a new car I went back and talked to Marcin again. I had pretty much decided on a Buick, but I went to the Chevy building to see Marcin. He got a Buick for me to test drive and I decided that was what I wanted. We concluded the deal in a short time that day.

My finance and I were looking at various mid size SUV's. We had looked at around 5 different makes and 5 different dealerships. But when we walked into Hurd Automall in Johnston we both fell in love with the GMC Terrain. Our salesperson, Bob was very knowledgable and helpful with our questions and concerns. And after a few hours of haggling (lol) we walked out with our brand new 2014 Terrain. Thank you Bob and Chip can't wait to buy my truck through them next year.

After visiting the local Cadillac and Lexus dealerships I decided to stop off at Hurd Auto Mall on my way home from work the next day. I just wanted to see how the La Crosse handled compared to the other two vehicles and see if I could get a better value for my money. The sales person who worked with me, Robert Hein, was professional and knowledgeable and spent more than enough time to answer my questions and tailor the vehicle to my wants and needs. Most dealers will lead you to the car that THEY want you to buy, not Robert, he asked a lot of questions and let me walk around the entire lot trying any vehicle I wanted. As a Financial Consultant I'm sure that I wasn't the easiest customer that he ever dealt with, but he handled my questions with patience and professionalism. I will refer my friends, family and clients in the future.
