Purchased a 2020 equinox with agreement that we had 1yr

Purchased a 2020 equinox with agreement that we had 1yr full warranty. Within days of purchase we noticed a problem with driver side door. They ignored our request for repair for many months and 1 month before warranty expired they outright refused to fix the door.

Purchased a 2020 equinox with 1yr warranty. Within days found a problem with driver door that refused to fix. Beware! They don't keep promises.

I hate car shopping, but Marcin made it easy.

I hate car shopping, but Marcin made it easy. There was a delay in getting my registration due to the holiday and weekends, but overall, it was as close to a pleasure as buying a car can be. Kudos to Mike in management and the woman in financial services. They moved things along.

I was called to pick-up my vehicle on the 21st, when I

I was called to pick-up my vehicle on the 21st, when I arrived the service person did not take time to speak with me professionally about what was repaired. Could have been an off day. However, my A/C was still blowing (hot) air and the engine had coolant splash spots all over the area of engine air filter and coolant supply. Yes, I take care of what I have, and I am very satisfied with my Chevy Silverado Z71 4x4. I don't ask for much, I just expect professional communication without personal judgement, which has nothing to do with getting a vehicle repaired. I expect to keep my truck even after I am able to purchase a New Tahoe in the future, when I get back to Colorado to the Dealer Ed Bozart Chevrolet that has been great to me since day one of purchase. Not so much where I happen to be currently. I Love my GM Vehicles. Thank you for asking

Just purchased a 2016 GMC Canyon, purchasing from Hurd

Just purchased a 2016 GMC Canyon, purchasing from Hurd was the best, very easy to work with, Joe and Chris, and my finance girl was awesome!! I highly recommend Hurd Group, they make you feel like you are the most important customer, no hassles and no pressure.

“Dishonest” I had one ?

“Dishonest” I had one ? about a used 2022 Sierra 1500 At4. Two reps assured me through email and text this was the updated interior with the 13” screen and the new front grill on this truck (no pics online). I drove down to the dealership ready to make a deal and they brought the truck out front. Instantly I’m confused, It’s the old front end and the outdated interior with the 8” infotainment screen. It was either dirty tactics to get me on the lot or total incompetence. I should’ve read the other reviews first. The sales rep that helped me in person was very helpful and understanding. The reps online and over the phone not so much.

I had a good experience. Joe called me out of the blue. I was thinking about buyin a new car, nad Joe was very helpful and it turned out that we served in the same unit. Over all it was a good experience
