This place rocks!

We bought our VW Passat over the winter. We worked with Anthony for the car and Eddie on the financing. They were helpful, stayed within our budget, and very accommodating. Everyone is nice and they have plenty of ammenities to keep you comfortable while you wait for service. We highly recommend Scott's. We will never go anywhere else!

Worst Service experience of my life

The people at this dealership in the service department are completely incompetent. I had to deal with Kim Lexner, which was a nightmare. Then the general manager was even worse. My wife bought her tires from the Volkswagen dealership in Florida with a road hazard plan. One of the tires got a gouge in it while we were in Rhode Island. I called Scott Volkswagen to let them know and they were very unhelpful from the get-go. Kim Lexnner told me there was nothing they could do. I called the dealership in Florida who said that was the most absurd thing they had ever heard. They faxed over the paperwork to the dealership in RI. Kim tried to backtrack her words. Scott Volkswagen ended up putting a patch on the tire and then claiming that they cannot do anything else. Then after the patch was put on I was on the phone with the road hazard people in front of Kim so she could hear. Again she tried to recant her words. The road hazard people said they would have replaced the tire, but due to the incompetence of this dealership now I have to have a patch Tire. I have never been so unhappy with service in my life. Do not take your car to this dealership, they are incompetent. They wanted to get away with not having to do the work, and they played games over a 3 week period. The general manager called me and got in an argument with me, very unprofessional. In the end they stated they could not do anything. I will be taking this up through VW Corporate and my Lawyer. Never dealt with anybody like this in my life. Save youself a headache DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

We have bought several cars here after checking out other places who were less than scrupulous. I bring my car here for servicing where they take care of the issue at prices that don't break the bank. Above all , the people that work there go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I really appreciate it!

Went above and beyond to make up for initial issues

My initial sales rep was a nice guy but made a lot of promises that couldn't be kept. They were not ill intentioned, it was just that the representative was new and didn't know better. After reaching out to a few managers, (Brian and James) the team went ABOVE and BEYOND to make the situation right. I thoroughly respect that. Everyone in the service team did a great job as well. I will be back here, they earned my service. Thank you Mr Scott

Stay away.

Terrible, by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a new car! They transferred my plates from the car I was driving that I didn't trade in. Only reason they had the info was for the owner loyalty rebate. Then they were in no rush to fix the problem. Took them 3 days to re register my other car. Plus I got screwed on the price in which I was lied to so they could complete the sale. Normally I do my research and shop around but was unable to due to my current work schedule. I have bought plenty of new cars in the past and have never had issues like this. Stay away.

Purchasing a Volkswagen

The salesperson, Jessica, was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable about the Jetta models that interested us. She came up with a very fair offer. After the purchase price and terms were agreed upon, she went over specifics showing my wife and I how to program and use the smart phone, radio, the computer trip recorder and the other electronics. She also explained and demonstrated the use of the rear camera during the test drive. She was very professional. All in all, the buying (leasing ) process was easy and pleasant.

Honest Service Department!!!!

I want to thank Kim in the service department at Scott Volkswagen. I heard a strange noise coming from my 2015 Passat. She made a suggestion to me, which ultimately I was able to quickly and easily fix the issue myself. Because Kim was so HONEST over the phone, it saved having me to rent a car and pay for labor for a non-warranty problem. Most service departments elsewhere more than likely would have just told me to drop my car off and happily bill me. Thanks Kim for being an honest service department professional and this is one of the reasons why my family will continue shop at Scott Volkswagen!!! One Very Happy Customer, Ken

Just a call to Kim our service rep at Scott, and my Jetta was in for diagnosis and repair ASAP same day. Always a great experience at Scott.
