I paid $3,100 for a new roof and back assembly for a Jeep

I paid $3,100 for a new roof and back assembly for a Jeep Gladiator. I opened the box 5 days after we received it and the part was seriously scratched and unuseable. I immediately called Allen Mello about the damaged part and they refused to do anything at all. They wouldn't take it back or make any kind of adjustment. I just have to eat it. I would guess,based on their attitude, that I am not the only one this has happened to. Take note of this if you decide to do business with Allen Mello.

I wish zero stars was an option.

I wish zero stars was an option. I brought my truck in for service and to have multiple recalls and operating issues addressed. This service was scheduled to take days to complete. I requested a loaner vehicle and was told that “they don’t do that it costs too much money”. Coordinated a ride and had service complete. Thankfully I was able to take time off from work. Upon pickup I was told “they looked at it and there’s nothing wrong”. Months later I attempted to schedule and oil change and was told they had a note on my file and would return my request with another call. About an hour later the service director called explaining that “we have enough business and are not accepting any new customers. You trashed us on your survey and that pissed us off, we have enough customers at this time”. It would have been nice to hear back from this guy after the survey with an attempt to provide better customer service but that didn’t happen. Apparently they want you to lie on the survey and if you provide any honest feedback they blacklist you as a customer. I’m sure Allen is rolling over in his freshly dug grave at the way his business is being run into the ground without him. Strong work!

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service team is absolutely trash. I go in for one service next thing I know I got to make another appointment for another service and then after that appointment something else seems to go wrong and now I have to make another appointment. These guys charged me for a new battery and then I had to make an appointment and pay a service fee for looking at that very battery they installed and now after that appointment my radio screen mysteriously stops working and now I have to pay $700 not including service fee bc of these guys lol. Don’t go there they don’t know what there doing. I had to pay a butt load of service fees just for them to not fix the problem and charge me more. Don’t go here don’t recommend. It’s Dec 17th, 2024 and the sensitive director of this store refuses to service my car due to continuing ongoing issues his team is incapable of handling. First off don’t buy Dodge it’s a piece of garbage but not as garbage as this dealership. I’ve brought my Durango here at least 5 different times for the same issue and these morons are still unable to either diagnose the problem let alone solve the problem. My car doesn’t start whatsoever and these guys will assure you there’s nothing wrong. When you buy from this dealership and your car starts to break down good luck lmao you’ll run into the same issue as me. Don’t recommend this garbage dealership and once you tell the director the truth about the service they provide he’ll just tell his team to not let you bring your car anymore lmao what a joke. Only reason why I won’t go to another dodge service dealership is because this one is 1 mile from my house next closest is 20 miles away but that doesn’t matter since Allen Mello literally told me they will refuse to service my car. Maybe this next dealership will take care of there customers. I’m a 8 year navy veteran and they treat me like this imagine how they’ll treat you? Don’t recommend Allen mello for anybody. If you buy a car here and you need services… good luck getting that done in Allen Mello.

Stopped back into Allen Mello to see Greg Stanton. As always he was able to provide me with top notch service with great pricing on a Grand Cherokee. Most importantly, his consideration of my time was greatly appreciated. Most of the long time sales guys like Dom and Bob are no longer here and it was great to see one of the Buddy Boys like Greg still here. Great job Greg!

Had exhaust “fixed” in 12/22.

Had exhaust “fixed” in 12/22. Had been a customer for last 10 years since truck was bought there. Charged me 130$ to replace an exhaust clamp. 3 months later it failed. I was getting pulled over. Called them they said I had to talk to manager first. Got pulled over had to get it fixed asap. Jays exhaust in Lowell did excellent and proper work. Said it was not done or correctly. Called Allen Mello service dept said they couldn’t do anything even though registered reputable shop did work that specializes in exhaust. Have to just eat the money. Place keeps losing employees, service prices keep increasing and quality in the toilet. I’ve had so much work done there and they have screwed up other stuff and actually used to take accountability. I WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND RAM OR ALLEN MELLO. Do yourself a favor buy a Toyota out of Nashua Never do business with them again. So much for telling them one time they underbilled me. If I could give negative stars I would Run don’t walk from this place. They clearly pay for ad cleaning (look it up it’s a thing) to get a 4.4 star rating.

Great service dept.

Brought my Jeep here for a state inspection this week. I had a very good experience. Dan was very courteous and professional. I didn’t feel like they are trying to drum up extra work for my out of warranty Jeep. I will definitely continue to use the service dept. in the future
