I tried to make an apt to service my 2020 Jeep (under warranty) I bought 6 months ago due to check engine light being on. They are my closest dealer. They made my apt and then cancelled it. Told me they 'only service their own vehicles' and I should 'go to wherever I bought it because it was there problem'.

The Only Dealership I Use
Andrew was awesome. We have dealt with him on several vehicles and this time was just as good. This is our 6th or 7th vehicle that has been purchased within our family. This is the only place we go to when we purchase and trade in our vehicles. Very pleased and never had any issues with our vehicles.

Great service dept. Service rep. Explained everything up front about process of warranty coverage and service to be performed. Worked was completed in a timely fashion with excellent results. Very pleased with service team , I will be back.

Not happy with my purchase at all. I purchased a vehicle...
Not happy with my purchase at all. I purchased a vehicle for $32,000 and within a week and 200 miles my brakes were squealing loudly every time I stopped. I was told that because they are over the legal thickness they wouldn't do anything for it. Now 9 months later and 3,000 miles I am having rust bubbles pop up on both rear wheel wells with estimated repairs over $2200. I am highly dissatisfied with my purchase and will not be returning to Allen Mello. Cannot stress enough to others to avoid it as well.

Carl and Crystal made this car purchase seamless. Both were knowledgeable and personable without being “salesy” is that makes sense. Gave guidance when asked, shared information willingly, sometimes even before I verbalized my question but Carl could sense I needed clarity. Overall Carl gets a 10/10 for his knowledge and customer service on my additional petit bases like MOOAR floor mats and pricing options on a trifold metal bed cover for my new 2021 Ram Longhorn Crew Cab. Excellent experience overall, highly recommended.

Ok dealership
I’ve had a 2013 Dodge Durango car that I’ve had numerous problems with, sometime we are driving it and it goes into all-wheel-drive low at any speed. I’ve had it at the Allen Mello’s dodge to get it fixed four times and it has yet been resolved. So I would say so far it has not been a good experience, I know that they do try, but still we need to the bottom of it.

The manager, Jim, was above and beyond! There was an error with what the salesman told me the car had and I left the lot with it not knowing. I wrote on a survey about it, not thinking anything would happen. Jim reached out to me immediately and went out of his way to fix the problem. So impressed with his customer service!

Absolutely horrible experience with the service department. I had my jeep looked at under warranty, i stated over the phone that if it was going to cost money, DO NOT proceed. They left me a voicemail saying it was going to cost money to fix and they were going to do it anyways, after I requested that they do not. When confronted with the bill, the service manager and the service rep were absolutely horrible to deal with. The manager is a complete jerk and I most definitely do not recommend have your vehicle serviced by them. Save yourself the hassle and have your vehicle serviced elsewhere!
