Very friendly and very knowledgeable people throughout the dealership. Our sales guy was very thorough in explaining everything and made us very comfortable through the whole process. The dealership was also very clean inside and out.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! Please take your vehicle someplace else, you will regret not listening to this review after a service visit to McGrath Acura Westmont. The service department does not listen to concerns and tells you what you want to hear. I caught my service advisor in two lies and that is when they “wanted to make things right”. I should’ve read the several other negative reviews before I wasted my time here and do not for a minute believe Rachel Jones takes your feedback serious. You can tell by her repetitive cookie cutter responses. Trust me when you get her on the phone. Rachel leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service and professionalism. She does not have your best interest at heart and if she did, there wouldn’t be so many complaints about this place. Rant over.
