Terrible experience, watch out for Hector he is out there
Terrible experience, watch out for Hector he is out there to get ur money only not to provide you with service, left dealership with 60% oil, entered with 70%, told Hector I just want one tire changed, asked for Bridgestone as my car is older, after multiple attempts trying to sell me more than one tire he comes in and tells me there are balancing Michelin tire for you do you want me to stop them I said yes, than when handing me paper work he said there is no warranty prints on it any longer

I just bought a brand new car there 2 weeks ago.
I just bought a brand new car there 2 weeks ago. McGrath Acura and I agreed on a price and apr but when i went into financing they secretly raised the price $3175 and my apr changed from 1.6 to 2.13. When i spoke to the manager Angelo on the phone he invited me back to the dealership multiple times during the conversation so when i arrived at the dealership, they were very aggressive towards me. At one point 3 people surrounded me while i was still seated. Angelo got soo angry when i said that he lied to me, which he did, he went on and on in a fit verbally shaming me for questioning his integrity. I remained chill with them the entire time i never once raised my voice and remained seated while they stood over me. They never were able to explain away the 3k extra they added.. They bounced back in forth between calling it "the mcgrath advantage" and "flex cash" ... Acura Financial Services has never heard of "flex cash" before. Went over it again and again for almost an hour and it seemed as if they were just trying to confuse me. They did however, very willingly refund me $2784 so i am gratefull for that Still 1 star still cuz how much of an effort i had to make to get anywhere with them
