My husband drove over 6 hours after an agreed trade in
My husband drove over 6 hours after an agreed trade in and purchase price. We had insurance set up to start and the loan with a cashiers check for the purchase. They tried to bait and switch. Changed all agreeed prices. Horrible customer service!!! How can you do this after the customer drove from out of state and took the day off from work! My husband was a general manager of a ford dealership previously. This is the worst and most unprofessional dealership we have ever dealt with. Do NOT do business here. We have never had a problem with any other purchase of a vehicle. He worked with James, Alexis and the Sales Manager Chase. They are clueless!!! Rude, lied to us and wasted our time and money. They are far from a good rated dealership!!! ZERO STARS. We were trading our GMC Denali for a Ford F350 Platnium.

Sorry for how you feel. We hadn't put a revised number on your vehicle as you said via text you had the stock rims and didn't bring them. "I have the stock wheels also" followed by "These are the stock wheels" and a picture. Best of luck. Chris Irwin

Keith greeted us as we exited our vehicle. We had no appointment and only stopped by on our way to a dealership in Nashua. We had researched online and knew what we were looking for. Keith took us inside to his desk, offering coffee/water. He took time to get to know our wants and needs....he LISTENED! Two test drives later we bought our 4 Runner. There was no pressure or upselling and so refreshing. Thanks Keith for saving us the drive to Nashua....you were friendly and professional.
