Had my daughters Toyota Rav 4 serviced and they did a great job, highly recommend them. Irwins Quicklane does a great job, Bill and James Salta are great!
I lease my vehicles & was looking to get into a new one…by the end of searching I was feeling like there weren’t any options for me in my price range but Kaylynn made it possible for me to get into a car that was not only within my price range but more than I could’ve asked for. This is my 4th car from irwin & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend seeing Kaylynn..she’s a sweetheart & will work with you in all ways possible. She made the experience so much better.
Snow storm blues
My vehicle was towed Into Irwin at night due to not starting during a s ow storm. The next morning service contacted me and the next day car was fixed.
Pleasure doing business with Seamus
Seamus McNally @ Irwin Motors was a pleasure to work with in having a vehicle built by Ford; One item a spray in bed liner was moved from a factory install to local add in to lessen the time between order and delivery. This was my first Ford and Seamus gave me a good walk through of unfamiliar controls. I was upfront about not wanting additional dealer options like extended warrantee's and there was no pressure from his mangers to change my mind.
Service dept is a disaster
Can't speak to the Sales, only Service. They are unqualified, do poor work, have a Manager, Ron O'Connor, who trashes his own employees but won't make poor work right. These folks are simply Awful.

Salesman was great, finance guy .....
I dealt with Zach. He is low key and was not pushy in any way. I have no complaints about Zach at all he was great. I did not finance the vehicle but I still had to spend some time with the finance person whom tried to sell me the extended service agreement. The car is still under factory warranty but he really pushed to get me to buy the extended warranty. Finally, the 3rd or 4th time I told him I did not want it at the time of purchase, he he reluctantly gave up and there was a noticeable change in his demeaner. Aside from that, I would surely deal with Zach again when it's time for another new car.
The QuickLane staff are friendly. Billy and son are a super good team. My appointments are set quickly, they keep me up to date on my appointment, the technicians do a very fine job in getting it done right. I trust and have confidence with them and will continue to use them with all my vehicles.
Detail could be better
My wife and I went to Irwins and me the guy with the bow tie, his name is Seamus. He worked with us showing us 3 cars until we found what we loved. he was patient. and informative. The only complaint I have and it's not with Sesmaus, it's with the detail department. After road testing the car my wife found a pencil between the seat with some crumbs, Seamus sent the car to the detail dept to check it before we took it, and guess what the crumbs and pencil were still there.
Finally I have a sports car again.
I enjoyed my vehicle purchase experience at Irwin Auto Group. Salesman Seamus McNally was enthusiastic representing Irwin Auto in his effort to secure my vehicle choice. I believe my sale was a win win for each party.
