McGrath Honda in Elgin

Poor experience Hassled me about a loaner car to begin with. I just spent $60k on a new vehicle. Sat for 15 minutes before someone helped after I had to ask. So Some drove my car 100 miles and burned through almost a half tank of gas. No, it was not filled up. No call or text to update me on the service. Didn’t wash my car or put floor mat protectors down. xxxx poor seevice. Not the way to get repeat business.

We had a great test drive with Luis. We Really got a feel for the car and weren’t rushed which we appreciated!

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The two struts replaced work great. I also go the rear spring seat replaced. Mark Mally kept me up to date and understood my financial difficulty and was able to work out a more reasonable price for the repair for me.

Luis S. Really helped me out. I needed to trade in my vehicle and I got into an even better one. He was quick and did not have me waiting around the dealership all day. Service department needs work though.
