    Courteous personnel and the work was done faster than estimated. Also there was a very comfortable waiting area. The multipoint inspection was something... that I was not expecting but definitely appreciated.

    Was looking to purchase a brand new car for the 1st time. It can be a bit overwhelming with all the makes and models out there. Had narrowed it down between... Subaru and Honda by researching online and helpful friends. Set out one Friday morning and starting kicking some tires. Dick Brown was extremely helpful and directed me to the best vehicle for my needs. After test driving and getting prices I headed home to think about all my options. The next day I headed back to Concord. Feel like I was given the run around with prices over the phone at a different dealership, one price on the phone and another when I arrived to talk turkey. Left there and headed back to see Dick Brown again. I gotta say he was very up front and gave me the best deal that I found. He made the whole process as painless as possible and answered all my questions and then some. By the time all the paperwork was completed it was after closing time and he still took the time to sync in my phone to the Bluetooth and even set up my favorite radio stations. I never felt rushed and I certainly appreciated the extra time he spent making sure I was comfortable and everything was set up for me.

    That everyone was nice, friendly and absolutely focused on customer satisfaction. I came in to get a couple airbag inflater recalls fixed on an 2006 Accord... I had recently acquired. On which the buttons on the master keys had stopped working when I had the driver's door replaced. Grappone Honda's technician(s) took less time than had been booked to complete the job. And while they were at it, they also resequenced my keys for me.

    The area was/is clean. Everyone is very helpful. The people i worked with directly took care of the problem. They told me about a recall i was not aware... of. They fixed it. They found the car was still under a warranty and applied it. Overall i am extremely pleased with the dealership and the service.

    we walked the lot. No one came to ask if we needed help. we had to go in and get someone. Then it seemed like we were bothering him. He certainly did not... ask how he could help or give us even his card. There was lack of motivation to make a sale. so we moved on and purchased a Honda elsewhere. Manners do go far in the sales business.

    I'm from NJ... staying with my sister up here in NH. My car had a check system light come on when I drove up here. Found Grappone online. I called,... and they were able to get me in the following week. I was so impressed with how efficient and friendly they were. They also fixed my tire pressure problem (which I've had for a couple years). They were so honest about my engine power flow issue which turned out to not be a problem at all. I didn't have to pay for anything but the diagnostic and they manually turned off the system message. They could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known any different. I am very grateful for their honesty when I am so far from home. Thank you Grappone Honda!!

    Met with Scott to look at a car for my wife. Talk about no pressure sales. These people have the customer satisfaction model down right. They had a 2018... model I wanted and let me take it for a spin, then home for overnight if I wanted. They wanted to make sure it fits in the garage and has no issues. Unfortunately, it had a couple scratches that my wife could not live with. Still a beautiful car and priced accordingly. Their process include the fees up front. This is a no hassle buying experience. The price is set fairly so you know what to expect when you go there. The previous day, I went to a dealership in Massachusetts for the same style car. They would not negotiate a dime and added over $2,000 in fees. So if you go to Grappone, don't bring your game face and think you will be in for a battle. They have up front pricing and work hard to make this an enjoyable experience. Not Applicable Customer Service
