Moe is beyond amazing!

Moe is beyond amazing! Not only did he help us find the perfect car, he did everything he could to make it work with our hectic schedule. I've been to other dealerships but hands down this one has the kindest staff and most welcoming environment! Enjoy your retirement Moe! You've earned it!

2 hours ago New Bucklet up- long and thorough review! This is my 6th car from Grappone Toyota. While I love to negotiate a better price I absolutely despise the haggling that comes with new car purchases. Buying from Grappone makes the process truly painless. The price is the price and it's fair- whether buying new or trading in your old car/truck- may not be the highest but it's definitely not the lowest either, and I'll say it again, it's fair. I have purchased many cars from Ryan Provencher but he has moved up the chain because he is that good. Our new Salesperson Sarah Wentworth didn't disappoint. She was thorough and extremely personable and professional. She went through ever detail of my new truck, and there's a lot! What she didn't know 100%, she found out and didn't make up answers which I truly appreciate. She was a pleasure to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from her. Another extremely important aspect of Grappone Toyota is their service department, this is where I feel you can quickly lose a customer. Kassandra and Tonya are top notch in very way. Honestly, part of the reason I buy at Grappone is their service dept. I've owned Chevys and Toyota's my whole life and I currently wouldn't take my car to the Chevy dealership in Concord unless it was the only dealership left on the planet. With Grappone, I don't know who else takes a video of your car/truck and shows you what is going on with your vehicle?! Let's face it, buying a new vehicle can be very stressful and if you can minimize the stress why wouldn't you. Do yourself a favor-If you are in the market to purchase a new car/truck I can't recommend Sarah Wentworth & Grappone Toyota enough.

We recently bought a Toyota Tacoma through Sarah Wentworth. We can not express how happy we were with the whole experience. Sarah is such an amazing asset to your sales team!! The quality of service I received from Grappone is expert

The quality of service I received from Grappone is expert and precise. Recently brought our Toyota Prius in for three indicator (idiot) lights on the dash. They diagnosed and fixed the issue (ball joint). My only complaint is that there was $170 diagnostic fee on top of the $500+ to fix the problem. I asked if the fee diagnostic fee was applied towards the fix and was told it was not. This is likely the standard in the industry, but it's a steep cost on top of a fix that is already expensive.

The quality of service I received from Grappone is expert and precise. Recently brought our Toyota Prius in for three indicator (idiot) lights on the dash. Best service dept around.

Best service dept around. The staff makes sure in advance that your parts will be ready for your vehicle when it’s time for service. They have taken care of my family with all our needs, Toyota plus other brands.

Service With A Smile Always

Grappone staff never fail to impress. Inspection, exhaust repair, oil change all smooth. Service advisor was great. Yearly inspections they always get you in and out. I love this place.
