we baught a car somewhare else and it wasnt a good exsperance then u guys bend over backwords and treat us like we mean something the sales man mow was the best couldnt aske for a better guy hope someone inthere realizes they got a great guy and tell him it i hope u can get me in a new tundra sooon

Our experience at Grappone was the best car buying experience yet. We were treated fairly and like real adults (despite being young). I felt like we were taken seriously, and the gentleman, George, who helped us out wasn't pushy or impatient at all. Buying a car was a very big deal for my husband and I and they made us feel very comfortable and confident in our choice. My only negative thing to say would be the amount of time the whole ordeal took, but I suppose it takes that long everywhere. The facility itself was also top notch - add a swimming pool and it would be it's own little resort! Thanks for everything George and Grappone! We will definitely be back when it's time to buy another car.

No pressure, very accommodating and the most cheerful auto salesman I have ever run into. He is truly a pleasure to work with. He's one of the rare individuals who gives you the impression that you, the customer, is his first and foremost concern. On the financing end we worked with Nancy who was equally as cheerful, helpful, and accommodating. Also had a bit of business to do with the parts department and service department and it was the same story. The physical facility is huge and equally amazing. If you want a surprisingly pleasant experience buying a new Toyota, Grappone's the place to go. Make sure you ask for "Moe" - you'll be more than glad you did!

This was my first time buying a car from Grappone, and I am so glad I did! My dealer was Brian Jones, and he went out of his way to ensure I knew all about my car and to make sure it was the right one for me. Brain?s customer services skills are impeccable, and he stayed late after the regular hours to make sure I would know where to go for my inspection. He also called a couple days later to ask how everything was going, and to make sure I was happy with my new purchase! I would recommend Brian Jones to any and all of my friends and family.

This is our fifth car that we have bought from Grappone/Ricky Ryan and just love the non-pushy atmopshere at Grappone. Service is wonderful too.

I had the best car buying experience I've ever had here. Taylor Throne-Strickler was awesome to work with and didn't feel pressured at all. She really worked with me on what I needed and wanted and within the budget I could afford. Very personable, friendly and knowledgable. I would highly reccomend going through her! I've bought some new cars in the past at other dealerships and it was like going to get your teeth pulled out with no novacane. The Grappone experiance was one that will last for a long while to come. Moe has to be the easiest person to talk to and made it like we were buying from a friend that wanted the best for us. I came with a lot of questions about the leasing option and with an open mind about the kind of car I might acquire as a second vehicle in our family. George was patient, hospitalable, able to answer every question I asked. Within a few hours I was driving away from Grappone with a beautiful new Camry.
