My family and I have been loyal customers of this
My family and I have been loyal customers of this dealership for nearly 20 years, with my family purchasing multiple vehicles here over the decades. However, my recent experience has completely destroyed my trust. I purchased a BMW 3 Series that seemed pristine. Yet within 12 DAYS I experienced a major powertrain failure that left me stranded. When I had the car towed for repairs, they told me it could take WEEKS just to inspect it, despite having warranties. Even worse, they had no loaner vehicles available, leaving me without the transportation I paid for. I was also informed that even if I eventually get a loaner, I would have to start PAYING for it after 5 days - on top of my payments for the broken BMW! This policy is completely unreasonable and negligent. Throughout the process, the service department has been rude and evasive. They never have answers when I call for updates and bounce me around endlessly. I've had to contact the warranty company myself just to get any traction. This terrible experience has put my job at risk, forced me to cancel my daughter's birthday party, and cost me time and money. I will never purchase from this dealership again with such deceptive, unethical business practices. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be pursuing legal action for the poor service, lack of communication, and breach of good faith. Buyers beware!

if I could give them 0 stars I would, I was sold a vehicle and given certain expectations of the quality of service I would receive. They did not live up to there word. Spoke with the general manager several times, he was no help and was down right rude. car also came out of the service department covered in grease on the door and steering wheel.

...., it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. Your Infiniti warranty had expired and the updates you requested can be done at Port City Nissan for a charge as discussed. We apalogize that you were not satisfied having to pay for it.

Van was extremely helpful! He had a perfect car picked out for me & made the whole process very painless & speedy. I expected to spend the whole day there and was in and out within 2 hours with my new car already; inspected, cleaned like it was brand new, (even though I bought a used one) and I was so so happy to drive off the lot in a car that was completely protected under warranty & GAP insurance. I’ve never felt safer. I’d recommend Van to anyone & everyone who’s looking for a car that suits them & doesn’t want to spend an eternity in a dealership doing paperwork. Thank you Port City Nissan!!

They don't care about their customers and are only after
They don't care about their customers and are only after your money. There is a safety issue with the Pathfinder and the passenger seat sitting so low the seatbelt goes across shorter people's necks and there isn't a passenger seat height adjustment even on the Platinum. They wouldn't work with me to get my previous vehicle back but they would sell it back to me for $200 more per month. No thanks!

I tried talking with you and so did my husband but it fell of deaf ears. The managers and salesmen should be ashamed... You're criminals and I have no idea how you sleep at night taking advantage of good customers.

Misleading
We had been on phone for five days being interested in one of two vehicles. We told them what our trade was and we got approved for the two we wanted . Drove two hours to find one was it even ready then told us we could not get either and wanted to put us n new car but also added they were not taking our car as a trade

I brought my car in to see how much I could get to trade it in and get a lease. The sales people as well as the manager worked with me to get me to a price I was happy with and they were kind and patient along the way.
