Impressed

I love how you just drive up and get to pull the car into the service area. The service rep was truly amazing. He came out and explained everything that needed repair. However I was not at all impressed with the cost of all the flushes that were recommended. There is absolutely no possible way I can afford to get any of that stuff done at the dealership. It was 1yr in October that I have had this vehicle, I'm not sure how often these flushes are required but I think that should have been done before I purchased the vehicle. What is the purpose of the 125 pt check list? Being able to use a loaner car while the work was being done was also extremely helpful.

2017 Silverado

Great customer service with no pressure to purchase a vehicle. Dover Chevy did everything they could to get me into the Silverado I wanted. Great dealership and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new Chevy.

Service Manager explained everything in detail to me concerning my car. He updated me periodically as I worked on my computer in the waiting area. Exceptionally polite the whole operation.

I have dealt with Dover Chevy/Honda for at least 25 years. I have bought several trucks and cars from them during these years. Dover Auto has performed virtually all my service on those vehicles during this time. Because of several unusual but positive experiences I have had with my vehicle service I have come to trust this dealership to do virtually all my service. I generally follow the service managers recommendations and as a result have a well maintained trouble free vehicles. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy reputable dealership.
