I was given a good opportunity to view vehicles of

I was given a good opportunity to view vehicles of interest. The experience was pleasant with no real concerns up to closing the deal. After all forms were signed, the last detail was to provide the key(s) to my vehicle. It was then that I was informed only one key would be available. At this point, what could I have done? I have purchased more than a dozen vehicles previously and always received at least two keys. As a result, I need to spend around $300 to get a key for my wife. My biggest annoyance is not just the money but the lack of communication earlier so that I could be prepared. Unfortunately, it is disappointing and makes me wonder what else was overlooked.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Took what I had to say and fixed the issues and also put on the new windshield wiper that I had in my trunk for me.

This dealership is good for service and I have been happy

This dealership is good for service and I have been happy with that. They are truly car sales people though. they don't listen, pay attention or communicate with each other. I test drove a vehicle and never received a gift card as advertised. They also emailed and called my wife over a half dozen times about the vehicle that I test drove, even though I clearly communicated my information... My wife was annoyed, and she doesn't deserve that and it mucks up my day... Also, when I was looking at a vehicle on the floor, Ed just brushed me aside so he could get in the truck and drive it out because it was sold. No "hi" or "excuse me". I don't plan to purchase another vehicle from these individuals.

The dealership answered my questions and did there best

The dealership answered my questions and did there best to keep the process from being too long. There was no pressure during the transaction and they were willing to let me pick up the truck the next day when I had more time.
