I continue to be impressed with the consultative process

I continue to be impressed with the consultative process Ryan leads with each time I am there. He makes me aware of the work that needs to be done - and explains why, as well. Further, the work is done within a prescribed amount of time!

Matthew and Damian are terrific to work with.

Matthew and Damian are terrific to work with. The trade-in person was not. I would work with Matthew again without hesitation and refer others to him. And Damian is veey friendly and helpful also. We had an issue with tje trade-in guy that should not have happened given the fact that that this was the 2nd vehicle we were purchasing within 10 days, for 200K total.
