We went to the dealership and test drove a vehicle.

We went to the dealership and test drove a vehicle. The experience started off great. Once we researched the vehicle we found the the same vehicle same or less mileage was thousands cheaper. We spoke with our sales representative who had his manager only want to meet us “halfway “. The sales representative then told us that this vehicle had been there for 71 days and until it is there for longer they will not go any lower. At that point is when he started to make us feel like we didn’t matter. We had CASH in hand to buy this vehicle. When we got home I called the General Sales Manager who also did not want to give us the time of day. We will absolutely NEVER buy a vehicle from Rowe! They do not make you feel like you are appreciated.

I ordered tires through “Quick Lane Tires”, for $1200.

I ordered tires through “Quick Lane Tires”, for $1200.00. They are by definition, not quick nor do they have tires. When the tires came in they wanted me to drop my car off and leave it. Michelle told me that they were booked up for months. She said they would try to work it in and they would call me when it was complete. Well, they kept their tires and I went to a tire store and got the same tires in one hour. Also Michelle was very rude.

I scheduled a 2014 Ford Flex for the 7th and 8th of june.

I scheduled a 2014 Ford Flex for the 7th and 8th of june. On the 8th I called for the progress on the car. I was told it would not be even started until Monday the 12th. This situation is untenable. I am disabled and need the car for medical appointments. At this point, I have had to just reschedule several appointments because I do not have a way to get there. I will be making a formal complaint to Rowe management.

ZERO review horrid service. called to ask for a service appt and price match for a mailed FORD dealer promotion, from another local dealer. no go.. (RUDE NO Go) the dealer, in my opinion, does not have an honest service department. i will do my best to never go there again. Ford corporate, are you paying attention? you have a problem, and you need to fix it soon

Hello MCONLOGUE - Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I don't know who you spoke with at the dealership, but we do accept all competitor coupons. I know you did not speak with Megan Webber because she is a dedicated VW service adviser here at the dealership. We have a greoup of appointment coordinators that manage all of the incoming service calls and we have a new person in training that is catching the overflow calls. She may not have been aware that we accept all competitior coupons, so we are sorry for the confusion. this is a ZERO review from my experience, this is a very poor service dealership. i have had multiple issues with the sunroof on my 2015 F150, all under warranty. after the last visit, I was told that it was a defect in the design, and that they would no longer cover this. HUH?? to make things worse, they broke the tracks that hold the sunroof in when they were putting it back together. oops, so sorry, its only a grand to replace them. HUH?? because of the lack of dealers in Lewiston ME i am limited as to where to take this F150 Lariat. The truck is there now, and the service advisor is arrogant, condescending and rude. so glad i bought a 100k warranty /5 years that expired at the 5 years not the 83k that is on the truck. 400 bucks for a throttle body, of course its not in stock, why would it be? this dealership sucks no FORD EVER AGAIN. Rowe, pay attention, your service SUCKS

The people at Rowe Auburn were extremely accommodating

The people at Rowe Auburn were extremely accommodating and personable. As a first time car buyer Korey made it so easy and not stressful at all. He was great to work with.

Best Dealership Ever!

Kudos to Rowe Auburn Ford! Just purchased my 3rd or 4th vehicle from this fabulous dealership. Trust them completely. They make things happen without angst. Lea Smith is brilliant. James Morin too and Dan Edwards and Leif O'Connell also amazingly helpful. Rowe sets the standard for how best to care for your customers so they keep coming back!

We test drove a vehicle advertised as Volkswagen Certified Preowned the vehicle was damaged we pointed it out and asked if it would be repaired the vehicle was priced about 1600 over value we made a solid offer and we’re told we have no idea how much the damage will be to fix and the price is solid we were like Uhm seriously? we had a check already to sign prior to this I have bought brand new vehicles twice from Rowe we still have ago but never again.

CAUTION to all car shoppers at Rowe auburn.We went to this dealership on Thursday afternoon to shop for a new car and test drove 2,gotan offer on our trade and a price on 1 of the vehicles.We told the salesman if we could call him in the morning with our decision and he said they would hold it till noon on Friday.Friday we called at 9am to tell him we would purchase the vehicle and he said it was being test driven by someone and THEY were given first option to buy the car we wanted. They always say not to trust a salesman !! They are right!
