Your computer scheduling program set a time of 7:00 A.M., but the department doesn't open until 7:30 P.M. The lady at the desk moved things around so I didn't have a long wait and was very helpful. Thanks

our salesman was very polite and corteous. my wife and I had an excellent experience. We will highly recommend Rowe to any of our friends or relatives that are looking to purchase or do any kindof maintenance on their vehicle. we liked that he showed us all the different thingsour Edge could do and offered to set things up in the car for us and that if we had any questions or concerns we could call him or bring the car in and he would help us. we are Rowe customers for life. Great service!
I loved the reminder that my vehicle needed service. Then, the service date was flexible for me and it fit my schedule. A shuttle to my home was available and prompt, but the best part was the friendly service at the front desk.

60,000 mile service
I prefer having my service done on the "regular" service side versus the quick lube. The staff on that side are more respectful, they listen to concerns and explain findings thoroughly.
