adrian was extemely helpful.he worked with me all day long.he was friendly,and very informational.adrian seemed to be very knowledgeable with the kia brand. he asked question,to help me make my finally decision with the forte (red). he has since called and checked in with me to see how things are going. rowe auburn kia is lucky to have such an employee. i have been to another dealer and walked out. keep him he is a good guy,down to earth ,which i really appreciated. adrian thank you for a awesome expericence, i will be doing business with you again thank you sincerely, april thorndike

I went to Rowe back in November and fell in love with the...

I went to Rowe back in November and fell in love with the Lincoln MKX. I spoke with Tom Mooney and fell in love with him too. He spent tons of time with me and was patient, understanding and very knowledgable. I just couldn't pull the trigger. Over the past two months Tom stayed in contact and worked diligently to get the price where I needed it to be and in my "trigger pulling" zone. He was never pushy or overbearing, just helpful and informative. He called on the same day I was thinking about going in to see "my car" again. My husband and I went in for another look and Tom was right there showing me my dream car again. I told him again where I needed to be financially and if he could get me there, I'd buy it. The next morning Charlie Burns called me and worked hard at putting the deal together. He did it :) We went in to sign and again patience was tested with Rowe. I took FOREVER to sign everything and had hundreds of questions about the warranties. He made me feel as though he was truly helping me, not selling me. Charlie was great, funny, empathetic and did I mention patient lol? So I finally got my car and I'm so happy :) Tom has already text me to make sure I'm happy. The whole vibe of Rowe was great. There was a salesman named Gary T who was always smiling, funny and playful. He never attempted to take over for Tom, but was just as sweet. I thank you Rowe and you should be honored to have Tom and Charlie working for you. They made this deal happen...2 months later :)

One of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car, new or used, and I've purchased quite a few. Very easy to work with everyone at the dealership, no pressure to buy a particular vehicle or model, and the car pricing was quite transparent and fair. Our salesman, Paul, was especially courteous and helpful throughout the entire process, including helping to set up the car's bluetooth. I'd definitely recommend Paul and the rest of the Rowe Auburn Kia team! BTW, love my Sportage, too!

I pulled into Rowe Auburn after spending 4+ hours being...

I pulled into Rowe Auburn after spending 4+ hours being pressured by another dealership, not even sure that I wanted to continue my search that evening. It was 10 minutes to close and I saw a salesman walking back into the KIA building. I yelled to him to get his attention, hoping to ask him a quick question and be on my way. "Do you have any used Kia Sportages?" I asked. Though I'm sure he wanted nothing more than to pack up and go home, Paul never let me know it. He was friendly and curteous as he apologized for not having any on the lot. He tried to bring my attention to the new Sportages and I quickly dismissed him, sure that they were not in my price range. He understood and asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. Paul then tried again to bring me back to the new Sportages, explaining this time that depending on a few circumstances, I could be spending about the same amount of money on a NEW Sportage as I would be on a used car. He had one base model on the lot and suggested I try it out while he and his boss ran some numbers. I test drove it, trying to keep it quick for his sake, and LOVED it. He gave me a few different options (buying vs. leasing etc.) and though I liked the numbers he gave me, I still needed a night to "sleep on it." Unlike the dealership I had just wasted 4+ hours at, Paul was more than understanding of this fact, and said "Well this is what I have to offer, I hope you like the car enough to come back and see me again." The next morning I called him and made arrangements to come in and lease my Sportage. He spent the majority of his afternoon with me, making sure I knew everything there was to know about my new car. He's exceptionally personable, and unlike that stereotypical "car salesman" you tend to think of, Paul really gives off an air of genuine honesty. I had been shopping for weeks and speaking with scads of salesmen. It was truly a breath of fresh air to meet Paul. Within a week, my aunt had also bought a Sportage from Paul. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

ADVISED US AND HE IS A VERY GOOD TEK AND HAS A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT FORD'S. WE WOULD SEND ANY OF OUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO ROWE AUBURN TO TALK TO ANY OR ALL OF THESE PEOPLE. Don and the rest worked very hard to get me into a car...

Don and the rest worked very hard to get me into a car that I could afford. I was needing to get out of my van and after much discussion leasing a new Jetta seemed to be my best option and affordable. Everyone understood my situation and was upfront and honest with me. Cannot thank them enough for helping me out!

I walked in inspecting a hothead salesman and not really planning on buying a car, just looking around. I was greeted with a handshake,and good eye contact,They were patient with me while i looked at other options helping me along. they were good at answering my questions and tellinbg me everythinbg about the cars.I didnt seem to have to pull information out of them. I left there buying a brand new car, but a car that was good for me, finanical wise and economical. Thanks Jamie and charlie, this is my first brand new car, thanks for helping me choose whats best for me

GLeto... First time "New Car" buyer and the BEST experience I ever had. Brian Kelsea and Charlie Burns were awsum.. They made me feel as if I had know them all my life. I got a great trade in for my 2001 Aztec..with 233834 miles.Over all GREAT place to buy a car ,truck or suv..

All features of the Forte were explained in detail and Brian even set up the blue tooth to match my cell phone before we left. My price choice probably would have been described as a little below great to very good but that was not an option. I arrived knowing some of my options from searching the internet before I shopped. I saw we could take advantage of 2 rebates. All in all I had a very good experience at Rowe.

Jamie was great to work with, he made the "car buying experience" comfortable for us. We traveled to Auburn (60 miles from our home)twice just so we could work with him.
