I recently purchased a new Ford Escape ST-Line 2025 and

I recently purchased a new Ford Escape ST-Line 2025 and had the pleasure of working with Olin Brown. The entire experience was fantastic, and I can't recommend him enough. Olin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. He made the process feel easy and straightforward, and I never felt pressured or rushed. He was great at answering all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decision. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. It's clear that he truly cares about his customers and making sure they have a positive experience. I'm thrilled with my new car and am so glad I had Olin to guide me through the purchase.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Heritage Ford. I was able to make an appointment and get right in the next day to meet with Nathan. He had the vehicle I was interested in ready for the test drive and was extremely understanding to my lack of knowledge on newer vehicles as someone who had owned their current vehicle for nearly 10 years. I was also trading in a vehicle which I thought would complicate the process, but they were able to “appraise” the vehicle and give me a fair trade-in price within a half hour. The dreaded financing process came next- with their great rebates, flexible lease terms and my fair trade-in value, I didn’t see any need to negotiate. They drew up the paper work and then I was able to sit with one of the finance managers, Theresa, to sign the paperwork they had drafted. Theresa went over the paperwork in terms the average person can understand and she was very knowledgeable about all of the extra options available for the lease without at all trying to push those products. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, I was there for a total of 3 hours, which to me, seemed like record time and something I valued. Both Nathan and Theresa were straight to the point and genuinely cared about the customer experience. I had financed two seperate vehicles at another dealership prior to ending up at Ford for this new vehicle and I will not be going anywhere else any time soon!

My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles with Charlie.

My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles with Charlie. My wife has always enjoyed when we are purchasing a vehicle for her Charlie speaks with her directly and not through me like other sales people we have talked to in the past. Charlie has always treated us fairly and with the up most respect. we look forward to coming back to work with Charlie again. its like meeting up with an old friend you haven't seen in awhile and get to catch up.

Probably the Best Car dealership experience ive ever had in almost 80 years regarding a vehicle purchase..Conor is polite,friendly,knowedgeable about the vehicle, tireless in his efforts to meet my budget and financing needs.. My sister and I were delighted to have found Heritage Ford...No high Pressure..Only how can we have you leave with your first choice and terms that put a smile on your face..His Back Office folks were just as courteous and helpful to meet all of our needs...Highly recommend Conor & his Staff for any Vehicle purchase NEW OR CERTIFIED USED,,P,S, Ive owned Fords all my life,,Very well made and low annualmaintenance cars including the one i purchased...

My attempted purchase with this dealer was without a

My attempted purchase with this dealer was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I wanted to purchase a Maverick hybrid. I knew they were in demand and there would be a wait so I placed an order on Nov 1, 2024 and didn't expect it to arrive until Spring 2025. I received a confirmation email from Ford that an order was placed but no specific information about the order was included. I did not receive any further communication from Ford or the dealership regarding the order but I followed up with the dealership a couple of times to make sure things were on track. They said they checked with Ford and the order was fine with no delays due to parts or other issues. I also tried calling Ford directly to make sure the order was in their system but they told me I had to contact the dealer. After 7 months of waiting, the vehicle finally arrived however it did not have the options on it that I ordered. One specific option was critical, the 4K tow package, which includes an aux transmission cooler that cannot easily be added after the fact. So after waiting 7 months I did not have a vehicle and I had just sold my previous vehicle. The worst part about this whole experience is how Heritage handled the whole situation. The first reaction was to point the finger at Ford. They made different claims: that they placed the order correctly and Ford just built the vehicle incorrectly; that Ford sometimes just configures the vehicle differently to avoid delays and doesn't inform the dealer; that Ford just ran out of parts for the options. Obviously I have no way of knowing what the truth is, but none of their claims seem credible. When a customer places an order with specific options, why would Ford just deliver a different vehicle and expect a customer to accept it after waiting more than half a year! The most likely scenario is that Heritage incorrectly submitted the order and in the 7 months of waiting never once checked to verify the order was correct. Things got worse from here. No matter who was at fault, Heritage is supposed to be Ford's representative. After deflecting blame, they offered not even the slightest accommodation to help me. Absurdly, they said I could purchase this vehicle, place another order for the correct vehicle, wait another 6+ months, and then trade this one in when the new/correct vehicle arrived. They had the audacity to try to tell me this was a good deal they were offering me - a deal where, after taking the depreciation on the trade, I would end up likely paying thousands of dollars more for the vehicle I needed because of either Heritage's or Ford's error. I even agreed to place the order again and asked them for a loaner vehicle but they refused. In the end, it was clear they knew they could sell the incorrectly ordered vehicle to someone else and they could not care less about doing the right thing by their customer. Avoid this dealership at all cost! They clearly don't care about their customers.

We have been escalating the issue with Ford to find out why your order was not processed accurately. In an effort to minimize the possibility of this kind of incident happening in the future, we have instituted new protocol, and will be checking on new orders frequently to ensure they are produced accurately. Unfortunately, are unable to offer long term loaner vehicles here at Heritage Ford. As a temporary solution, we were prepared to offer you the Maverick that arrived, until which the correct truck had been built and delivered. We of course would have absorbed the depreciation of that vehicle because the errors in the original order were not yours as the customer. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. This response from the dealer is disingenuous and dishonest. When they told me I could purchase the improperly ordered vehicle and trade it in when the correct vehicle arrived, I brought up the issue of depreciation with both the sales associate and the sales manager, Marc Halliday. There was no offer to absorb the depreciation or any trade-in price guarantee. They simply said they would make me "a good deal". Hardly a trustworthy indemnification against any loss I would incur for their and Ford's error.
