Goss Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep

Myself and my family have bought several vehicles from Goss. I recently leased my 2016 Ram 1500 from Goss and I dealt with Wayne Brown. I'm very happy with the customer service I received. I highly recommend Goss!

Dealt initially with Lee the sales manager and was handed off to Paul Poltz. These two professionals have a strong comprehension of quality customer service. Although some 225 miles apart and many Dodge dealers in between, I will commit all of my personal and commercial business to Goss Dodge as a result of the special and attentive treatment I received. I highly recommend Paul Poltz as the salesperson to go to!

My wife and I went to Goss Dodge last Saturday for a routine oil change and to take care of a recall Emily Paterson Service Advisor was extremely helpful. We took a stroll thru the car lot and seen a 2016 Dodge Journey we liked well with no pressure from any sales staff we met up with Wayne Brown and made a purchase. We currently have a fleet of 20 vehicles, half of which are Ram/Dodge/Chrysler products. We decided to purchase a new 2016 Ram ProMaster 2500. This is because one of our existing vehicles is a ProMaster 1500 and with the front wheel drive it is really great in the snow. Three other dealerships gave us pricing on a new vehicle, but Goss had the best value for the price.

Pete and Cory couldn't have been more helpful, and at no point in this process (which can be quite painful!), did we feel any pressure. We hadn't decided if we wanted a new truck vs a used truck, yet Pete never tried to steer us toward either--he explained both options, the pros and cons and we eventually decided that the 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 that we'd taken for a test drive was the right truck for us. Running boards were installed prior to purchase, and they did all they could to get the vehicle to us in a timely manner. As for the actual truck itself, I could give a better review if my husband would ever get out of it!

I would highly recommend Steve Leclaire at Goss Dodge. I have used him several times and recommended friends family Etc to him. Truly an enjoyable sales experience. I'm in sales myself and can recognize a good salesman when I see it. I went to a competitor in the area when I was truck shopping. And was iced for a hour while waiting on the sales manager. Then had to spend the entire test ride getting a hard sell. Just the opposite at Goss dodge. You won't be disappointed with Steve Leclaire.

We loved that Paul was a no-pressure salesman. We were deciding between the Honda and the Chrysler minivan. He showed us all the tricks the Chrysler had and let us test drive it with our kids (without the salesman, which I prefer). The cars are very similar, but Chrysler had a few more in the pro column and the price was very comparable even though we would have gotten a loyal customer discount at Honda.
