Let me start by saying that I don’t have a fantastic credit score, so I wasn’t even sure if I was going to be able to get a vehicle. I put in the finance application on a Thursday morning and within an hour or two they had already done a credit check and Wayne was calling to ask me if I had any preferences when it came to a vehicle. Within a few hours I received another phone call from Wayne telling me that not only did they have a car for me but they were able to secure financing as well. I ended up with my 2015 Ford Escape SE and I am in love. I didn’t expect to get approved for a car, let alone a newer, beautiful car. I’m beyond satisfied with their services. They made my first time dealership experience so easy and so nice. Wayne was very fast at getting the process rolling and getting me into my vehicle the very next day. I will for sure be doing business with them in the future because this is a dream come true for me.

Goss Dodge
My trepidation about going to a dealership for a much needed new vehicle was quickly given over to reassurance almost immediately. Noel Liddy is honest, helpful and listened to what I was looking for. I felt listened to and treated fairly. I would definitely return to Goss Dodge.

Bad service
I have been a 10 year customer of Goss Dodge. I have bought 3 vehicles there in that time. Recently I had my truck in for service. Dropped it off and later that day I saw it parked at a local social club at lunchtime. I contacted Goss and they said the mechanic stopped in for lunch against policy and apologized. Water under the bridge. A couple days later I took my truck to my mechanic to rotate the tires and he pointed out the rear differential breather tube looked cut. I had him fix it. Some months later I was in for a coolant reservoir replacement after getting it home there were several bolts that were loose around the reservoir that were not tightened properly. Ok, just missed them. It happens. Last week I went in for a recall and they called to ask if I wanted to replace my rear brakes for inspection. I stated not to I would have my mechanic do it. 2 days later I brought my truck to my mechanic to do the rear brakes and inspection. He called me later to state one of the 16 mm mounting bolts was missing. Gone. That’s not a bolt that just falls out. I emailed the service manager at Goss and got no response. Third time is a charm. I will not be returning there again. Take this review for what it’s worth.

Just fantastic.
The absolute best buying experience I've had. Very easy going and relaxing. Very friendly. Worth driving 3 hours just for the kindness. Salesman was Jedman, and I want to say you can buy anywhere. Cars and trucks are made by the thousands, but salesman are not. Top notch.

Outstanding Customer Service!
What a great experience! Sales Consultant Scott Constantine made this normally painful experience a pleasure. His professionalism, product knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Jeep at Goss Jeep with Scott as your go-to person.

Buying a Jeep from Scott Constantine
I purchased my 5th Jeep Grand Cherokee (in a row) December 2019. Part of why I keep going back is because Scott Constantine makes the process very quick and easy for me. Having been through the buying process with Scott 5 times, I have come to be able to trust his advice. He is efficient, responsive, and trustworthy. In addition, I have obviously had good luck with Jeep Grand Cherokee reliability. I have 2 teenagers and a dog and the Grand Cherokee is a great size for us.

Best dealership in Vermont!
I recently traded my car and purchased a new car from Goss Jeep. Like a lot of people I am not the most eager to go to a car dealership and go through the stressful car buying process. I was especially hesitant to go to Goss Jeep as it used to be a different company where I had been to once before a year ago and had a horrible experience. I can confidently say, now that this dealership is Goss Jeep and not the old company the energy has completely changed. All the sales people are new and it is clear they work well together as a team. My sales person was very calm and didn't pressure me to make an immediate decision on buying a new car at all. To be honest, I also went to other dealerships to see what they had for cars too. The selection of new and used cars with low milage at Goss Jeep is the best in the area! Goss Jeep also gave me the best trade in value for my car compared to 3 other dealerships in the area. They have multiple sites where they have cars for sale! I couldn't believe the options they presented me that fit my specifications! When I started test driving cars the sales person was extremely knowledgeable on both the mechanics of the car and interior tech features of all the cars I drove! Once I slowly decided on my own accord to trade my car and buy a new car from Goss Jeep they were able to finalize all the paperwork via text and email! When they say you can buy a car online from them they are not joking! You literally can! I did! Thank you to Jay for helping me with valuing my cars trade worth and taking me on test drives. Also, thank you McKinnan for taking me on test drives and communicating with me via text messages to help me buy my new car! I am so happy this car buying experience was so easy, all I had to do at the end was show up and grab the keys! I have already recommended this dealership to my cousin whose specifically drawn to the welcoming energy of the sales people and their ability to sell you a car from Goss Jeep online. I also recommend this dealership to everyone else looking for a positive experience buying a car in the modern age!

Amazing to work with.
Working with Goss was an absolute pleasure. The buying process could not have been easier. Very stress free, no worries, an they did everything right there. Working with Jermey Asarese one of their amazing sales consultants was a pleasure. Deffenity when I'm back in the market for a new vehicle, Goss will be my first stop.
