Every time I bring my car in for service they always end
Every time I bring my car in for service they always end up screwing me financially. Last time I brought my car in they told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. It ended up being $1200 more than what they said it was going to be. This time, they tell me the warranty I bought through them when I purchased the car will only pay 1/4 of the price. If they’re willing to pay some that means it’s covered, why aren’t they paying the whole thing? Mr. Crowley, you say if your customers aren’t satisfied you want to know…well I’m extremely dissatisfied and would like you to know. Don’t use this dealership!!!

terrible website. Scheduling on-line is supposed to make it easier for everyone. In this case not easier for the customer. Once I get there , the service is good. They need a new IT dept..

Went to Crowley Chrysler twice for tire rotation.
Went to Crowley Chrysler twice for tire rotation. First time I went it was part of scheduled maintenance and could not get lug nuts off and to reschedule. We rescheduled for the lug nuts made appointment on the phone for lug nuts and oil change an hour later they call me car is ready. Get there and no lug nuts. They said they did not have therm. Do you think they could have ordered them before I got there. They said we will call you when there come in. Its been a month nothing. This place has gone down hill quickly. Wont be going back.
