I purchased my first Subaru in 1995 and have been a Subaru owner every since. The staff at the Canton Subaru location are fabulous. Ogden Lummis has always... been so professional and helpful from the beginning. The Service Representative that I have been dealing with for many years is VinnyTrigilio. He knows my car and is always available when I come in for routine or necessary repairs. I trust this staff and have nothing but great things to say about the Subaru team in Canton. If you are interested in purchasing a Subaru, or in need of having your car repaired, you are in good hands with their staff and service department.

Less than one star. Worst buying experience of my life. Runaround by salesman, runaround with finance. Customer service is awful. I should have followed... my gut, and just gone to another dealership. Calls don’t get returned and I was actually told I was lying about calling there! Of course I can produce proof from my phone company, but I’ll just never buy a vehicle here. Who calls their customers a liar?! While signing my paperwork, the finance manager begged me not to write a bad review. He actually brought the subject up twice. I told him iI would hold off, and see if things got better. They didn’t, Now, more than two months after my purchase, and not even so much as a “Thank You” note! Very unfortunate for Mitchell as four of my co-workers were waiting to hear about my buying experience before purchasing their cars. In the last month, all have bought new cars, none from Mitchell Auto Group. Ouch
I'm not a complainer, and tend to be overly generous with bad service--acknowledging that sometimes xxxx happens. But this experience was simply uncalled... for and unacceptable. I scheduled a service appointment for a recall. The individual told me the recall repairs take about 3 hours. I set up the earliest time (drop off before 7am) and arranged for a shuttle home. All fine. Dropped off the car; no call back. Mid-afternoon I called and they said it couldn't be done that day, but first thing the next morning if I could leave it overnight. When at noon the next day (29 hours after I dropped it off) and it still hadn't even been touched. OK. I understand that sometimes service takes longer than expected--especially if they find huge problems in a service. But this was a recall. And it was an appointment. And 29 hours later the vehicle had not even been touched? This is a huge scheduling problems and is frankly disrespectful. I love Subarus, but I think I am turned off permanently if the service here is so terribly managed.
My service advisor Lawrence Ganezer got me in for my regular maintenance appointment quickly and efficiently. He also advised me re: a recall for airbags... the we have scheduled for a subsequent date. high quality customer service.
I bought my 2011 Subaru Outback from Mitchell Subaru and visit them whenever a challenging repair baffles my local mechanic. Their service has always been... an honest value due to their expertise with my car and low pressure customer service. I feel like my car was fixed "right."
Mitchell Subaru always services my car in a timely manner. They answer all my questions to my satisfaction and keep my car running in mint condition which... is very important to me because I use my car a great deal in my work.
They will mark up all the prices of the new cars by 20% and lie to you on the price of simoniz, vin etch, and other services to make you pay full price.
