Great service with feedback throughout the process. They make you aware of upcoming things that will need attention but don’t push to upsell on the spot. I love my Subaru Forester Sport and will be back for sure.

Vinny Mitchell Subaru was very helpful. The Saturday before Memorial Day I brought in my car because it turned off while the auto stop was engaged. They didn’t have any appointments that day so they let me use a loaner car.

Excellent in all ways - how a great dealer should be. Kelly was polite and friendly, and most of all knowledgeable and professional - a fine service advisor. The mechanic (I watched through a window for customers to observe as work is done) as he replaced the brakes and did a flush of the aging brake fluid). Clearly this was an experience technician who did everything right. He even used a torque wrench on all the nuts involved in replacing rear disk brakes. I couldn't think of anything at all to improve - this dealer has earned a 5 star rating in all respects, both sales and service.
