I called regarding a brake issue. Got an appointment the next day. Kelly was great and very accommodating Work was done quickly. A video was provided showing me what was done. The facility is very comfortable for customers who are waiting.

We stopped in without an appointment as a warning light came on in our Subaru Forrester and Jon took care of us and was very helpful in getting our issue resolved which we greatly appreciate.

Both the sales and service departments are amazing! We just purchased/leased our eighth car from Mitchell's over the course of twenty-eight years. Starting a few years ago, we had the good fortune to work with Nicole and Bill in the sales department. A consumer couldn't ask for a better experience, with both Bill and Nicole doing everything in their power, and then some, to help us acquire exactly what we want within our budget. I must also acknowledge Ted, who contributed to our wonderful experience last week. The service department is equally wonderful, always doing an exemplary job with the utmost courtesy, professionalism, and accommodation. I especially love the fact that our car can be picked up for service and returned once it's completed. Mitchell's has had and always will have my absolute loyalty due to their excellent staff and the service they provide.
