Very professional.

Very professional. Eric Diaz was very attention to detail in research of the right vehicle. Leo Pascual walk through was very thorough in review of all the processing of the purchase. Tom was clear and direct with the finance details. Overall a great experience.

Buying a certified pre owned vehicle was a smooth process with Acura of Berlin. Everyone was pleasant to work with and we drove away with a new car within a week of finding it.

I went in and expressed interest in an Acura TLX and test

I went in and expressed interest in an Acura TLX and test driving one, and I was met with a “no you can’t do that, are you buying one or not!?” Response from this individual. Got completely taken off guard by how disrespectful this employee was, and before he could get any paperwork that he explained took time and effort for him to take out I had to walk out. DON’T BUY FROM THIS GUY, VERY DISRESPECTFUL!

May 6 2025 I purchased 2025 Acura MDX A Spec. Raj my salesman was very good with handling my purchase. Tom in finance took his time and answered any and all of my questions. Lucius responded to some questions I had after I took delivery. And was very gracious and timely with replying and take care of me. Brandon also followed up with me congratulating me and making sure I had a good experience and checking in to see if I needed anything. Keith in the service department is also great team member. Family has owned Acura for over 20 years and he has always taken care of us.

I picked up a new MDX and I was told a requested tow

I picked up a new MDX and I was told a requested tow hitch would be installed prior to pick up, that didn’t happen. I was given a We Owe document to get it installed and I’ve followed up with 3 different people to get this issue solved and have yet to hear back from anyone.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Acura of Berlin. Highly recommend doing business with them. Lucious the sales manger is great to work with. He is honest, very professional and has great customer service. Tom in finance has been a pleasure to deal with closing out the deal with. Highly recommend giving them a shot at your next car purchase new or used. If you’re looking for a specific car or truck that’s not on the lot give them a shot. They can search the other dealerships in Athe executive Auto Group.
