Great service

Easiest Vehicle purchase I ever made. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Sales personnel were very knowledge on the truck I wanted to purchase. They were able to take care of minor things without me having to bring it up.

Great experience. This is our 5th car purchased from Carter

Brenda V. was a very informed sales person. She new all the features of the product (2017 Cruze) and handled all our questions about the purchase process. She provided us with several vehicles to test drive and was very congenial during the tests. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the communication features of the car as they applied to ONSTAR and smart phone integration. We enjoyed every stage of the buying process and highly recommend her to all new customers.

The Professional Salesman Robert Fedus

Easy, simple, effortless transaction with the help of Bob Fedus guiding me through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Once the deal was reached and the car was being delivered, I noticed several dents which Bob ensured me they would be fixed. Bob set an appointment up with the dent guy and I was extremely impressed with his workmanship. Mackey Harris followed through during the day of the repairs and made me feel very comfortable and he ensured I would be pleased and if not he would do whatever it took to make sure I was happy. I loved the repairs and the way the vehicle looked after the repairs. Very professional job by both Bob and Mackey. Then, Bob calls me the next day to follow up with my opinion on the repairs. It was an all around great experience that could have been bad but was not. So thanks Bob for a great job and to Mackey for following up when Bob was off.....I've told probably 20 people how great it was working with the Carter Chevrolet team....

Another New Car Purchase 30+ Years

I have purchased many new cars from this dealership and have always been very happy with the staff and service. Mark Cross assisted me with my recent new purchase and was outstanding, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been assisted by Ray and Paul as well and have always been top notch to work with over 30 years. The GM was extremely helpful (sorry forgot his name) and helped fix an issue immediately and was a great person to work with. I would strongly recommend this dealership for any purchase or service. Enjoyable, painless purchase

Rob and the staff were easy to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. They wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They were friendly, courteous, and made sure I knew how to use the options on my care before leaving the lot. I enjoyed doing business with Rob and will definitely come back when I need to purchase another vehicle!

Different than other car dealerships!

From beginning to end the experience I had was a good one. Miguel was super nice and tried to get to the bottom of every question. Mackey Harris sealed the deal as he met me at my offer price and muscled through some of the tougher negotiations that couldn't be authorized by Miguel. The enthusiasm diminished a bit as I tried to work some service after the sale as Miguel implied the car was marked accordingly but overall the team at Carter was very helpful and overly polite and kind. Usually I never buy from dealerships but I would revisit Carter next time I am looking for a vehicle.

Great service!

We just purchased a car from Carter Chevrolet and the driving force behind making our final decision was Miguel's amazing service. He was thorough, friendly and very transparent. I appreciated his honesty and attention. We have been to many dealerships but he was by far the best salesperson we worked with!

THANKS TO THE CARTER STAFF

Great experience with Carter employees today. Went in to get a recall issue fixed, mentioned that my phone and my radio had suddenly divorced. They took me to Bob in sales who gave it a go, then went back inside to make a call to my phone. Still not coming through the radio so he returned with a young tech expert who had all the answers. Basically did a complete reboot. I begged him to come live with me but no luck. He and his wife are off to NYC where he is joining the musical ensemble of "Hamilton!" Very nice young man and I wish him luck. Thanks to the Carter staff.

Good experience

I was looking for a vehicle that suits my needs, Miguel was my salesman and he explained all the different futures on the vehicles I liked. Even though I wasn't ready to make a decision at that time and I told him I would be looking at other dealerships, he still kept in touch with me via texting and email offering his help to find the best car for me. After a couple of weeks of looking, I decided to get my car from him. I'm happy so far with my purchase and I excellent service I received.
