Fantastic Dealership, Fantastic Employees

This Dealership gave me the BEST experience that a company could give. I have never felt so comfortable in an environment where there is a decision like buying a car. From the moment I walked in the door I knew this was where I wanted to bring my business. Danielle was lovely to speak on the phone with. Mark was knowledgeable and kind, as was Katherine in Finance. Mackey was fantastic and made sure I was pleased with my options and was happy to negotiate. I will forever buy and service my vehicles with Carter.

Awesome Experience- Wonderful Staff

I had a wonderful first car purchase experience at Carter Chevrolet. Mark, Mackey, Katherine and Paul were all amazing people who made me comfortable and shared my excitement about the purchase. Carter Chevrolet

I had visited another dealer before going to Carter Chevrolet. There was a lot of pressure from the previous dealer to buy a car now. When I met Mark Cross, he was so easy going, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I bought my car that afternoon, My family has bought s and services cars at Carter for years. The car I traded in was 17 years old - bought and serviced at Carter Chevrolet. The whole buying experience was a pleasure!!

Service for volt recall

Everything taken care of promptly. Got a loaner to go to work. Unintrusive, effective and courteous. Car was even car-washed. No issues whatsoever. Happy with my Volt!

Relaxing comfortable they made me feel like family

All the people I dealt with very very friendly and very knowledgeable courteous and I will recommend it to anybody looking for a car and they had the product I was looking for and more and I like the fact that it was a no pressure situation if I had a question I asked and they were all very knowledgeable great place to buy a car like being home with your family I felt very comfortable there and definitely will go back

Purchase of new car

Very welcoming personnel upon arrival at the dealership. Sales person was well informed about the vehicle we were interested in. We did not feel pressured into purchase and were given unbiased consumer reports on vehicles we had looked at. Both the sales person and the General Manager were eager to find the right vehicle and right price for us.

The work was completed in less time than I was told

When I came in this time to get the work done (previously they did not have the parts in stock on a recall notice), it was done in less time than what I was told to expect. The staff I interacted with were all nice and professional.

2003 Silverado body work

Carter Chevrolet did the left front fender and bumper on my 2003 Silverado, work appears to be very good and repairs were done in a very timely manner.
