Scam extended warranty: I owned my 2023 Odyssey for 3
Scam extended warranty: I owned my 2023 Odyssey for 3 years and 1 month and when I cashed in the unused 7 year extended warranty policy, I got back 45%. I was told that the policy was prorated when I bought it but that match just doesn't add up.

I had a great experience a few months ago when I bought
I had a great experience a few months ago when I bought my first new car from Diana at Manchester Honda! She was very supportive in my decision in the car that I wanted, was very open in answering any questions that I had as a first time buyer, and helped my find the car that I know I’m going to have and love for next 20 years hopefully! I highly recommend going to Manchester Honda and talking with Diana about purchasing a Honda!!

Whoever the service manager Tom is needs to work on how
Whoever the service manager Tom is needs to work on how he speaks with the general public. I own a 2019 Honda Accord with an open recall... I was notified of this recall over a year ago by my insurance company. I've been told by the dealership I need to wait for letters from Honda, which I've received all three my car is currently experiencing issues related to the recall, this service manager me was rude to me and acted as if I was a child on the telephone. This recall is because cars catch fire and other major problems. He seems not to care if I burn down alive in my car. I'm hoping that my car can be fixed considering what I've paid on it. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they can't get parts for a major problem, but they can pump out and sell brand new cars to other people Selling 2019 Honda Accord with the open recall to new people. Watch out buyer beware!!!!! I'll be filing a complaint with Honda on Monday, but I wanted to come here and let other people know the issues I've had with this dealership. The only nice kind person that I've dealt with so far is a lady named Caroline. Thanks for being the one good person I've spoken with so far. And trying to do something to help me. I'd love to have a conversation with the owner, Jonathan Tom graham says to find another dealership he called me back to berate me further and hang up on me again while I was typing this. Wow just wow told me to find another dealership maybe that's what you should do as well! I'll be contacting Honda North America about this refusal to fix my car as well

I visited the store to get more information on CRV Sport
I visited the store to get more information on CRV Sport Hybrid Touring, on the first instance i felt the sale agent did not knew why i came.. while booking appointment they took all the information required , sales agent shud have the complete information of the customer whom he is going to attend. i visited Toyota Dealership on the same day and found a contrasting experience. The sales agent exactly knew why i came...he initiated the conversation appropriately. While my conversation with Kelvin started with him asking me what i was looking for , it was fine ...some of the agents may not have complete information....he took me to his desk which was not tidy ....he was so cold and rigid...indirectly telling my why i have visited the store...he showed me the same thing which i could see online...did not put any effort to explain any thing ...i see a comment made by another user 4 months back in google reviews, abt kelvins behaviour.....but i dont see any difference ...such agents needs to be trained before putting them to work. Kelvin was just silent all the time... just answering any questions....contrast to how sales agents was sharing their knowledge at toyota ...at toyota, the agent not only provided me all the information but also showed me different models , had an interaction with store manager and discussed on various offers , at toyota dealership.. i did not knew how i spent 1Hr 30 mins...while here at manchester honda i have spent hardly 15 mins....such a cold and rigid behaviour will not help the store in any way... There will be huge impact on sales if you want to maintain such low standards ..visit toyota store and understand how to deal with customers...even if they charge me more i will go with toyota than buy some thing at this dealership. The sales agents name is - Kelvin Quinones... he needs to be trained on how to handle customers effectively.,...just asking customers why they came to the store if all the information they are looking for is available online was awkward. He did not had any thing to share, his dressing was not professional as a sales agent would be expected to wear... not to mention the desk was not clean. There is a reason why we mostly see hoffman or liberty honda cars in manchester.... if you want to grow ...work on the feedback... i dont want a response that says we will take your feedback seriously and we work on the feedback ....some one commented abt kelvin 4 months back on his unfriendly behaviour....i had the same experience today ...nothing really changed.....it gives us a feeling that you just want a cheap untrained labour to manage the store and you give least importance to customer experience.... For others reading the review... do visit other stores and then take a decision ....quality of sales agent matters a lot ....i will not be visiting this store again...

Called to schedule recall service.
Called to schedule recall service. Was told earliest they could schedule that was Jan 2024. When I asked if I should wait that long for a recall, he stated “ I didn’t say that”. But at same time he didn’t tell me not to wait, only that he would schedule me for Jan. Recall has to do with brakes. He was rude and very condescending. I will never do business with them ever.

Stuck with a lemon - with no help from the dealer
I have a 2017 Honda CRV. This vehicle has a nationally known problem with the consistent parasitic drains on the battery That render the battery in operative. Even with two new batteries, this has disabled my car. Honda has it with the battery disconnected. The module I need is back ordered and will not be available for one, two or possibly as many as five or six months. They had no loaner for me. And they had no solution for me. I have consistent doctors appointments and rehab following an operation. And they just said get there the best way you can. Everyone I spoke to was nice but they had absolutely no solutions. They were nit helpful! This supply chain problem has been around a while, so they should have found ways to help their customers. I have been a loyal Honda customer for 20 years, but I will not buy another Honda and when this nightmare is over I will no longer deal with Manchester Honda . I would not recommend them to anyone !!!
