Went to get an oil change and they told me that I was getting full synthetic oil, but when I looked at the paper it said synthetic blend. After my car was they gave just gave me the paper work and walked away didn't explain the what was done or needed to be done. So I try to call because and get an explanation if I had to bring my car back soon for an oil change have been able to talk to anyone! 3/10/26 never received a call back from Acura, very disheartening because I have been coming to Manchester Acura for years!

Mario was a great help. Went out of his way to pick up a car 40 minutes away that wasn’t on his lot. I wasn’t even sure I wanted the car at all but he didn’t care and still went to go get it just so I can see it.
