Schaller Acura

I just leased my second Acura TLX with Schaller and third vehicle overall. I have worked with Teri Lupacchino since 2006 and have been completely satisfied each time. I have had my cars serviced at Schaller as well and have NEVER had a bad or pushy experience with their service team either. The entire staff from sales, finance and service take all of the stress out of the car buying experience.

While my husband has dealt with Schaller for awhile now, this was my first experience with them and I couldn’t be happier! Teri Lupacchino went above and beyond, answered my many questions and was always available by email, text and phone. Extremely knowledgeable! Brian Savo was also amazing. Financing the car, Brian made the process as seamless as possible. He gave us our options in detail and depth and was able to convey all the information in a way we could understand - the first time! Financing options can be confusing but he was great and quick. We’ve been so pleased with service on my husbands vehicle and I’m excited to now take my new car to Schaller as well.

Having been a former Acura owner I decided that I wanted to start my new vehicle search by looking at a RDX. My previous experience with Schaller was great so I went there. I was not disappointed. Mitch was very knowledgeable and patient with me answering all my questions on my many visits. I never felt pressured. When I finally decided to purchase the RDX Mitch made the process easy.
