Great car buying experience!

Great stress free auto shopping and buying process!!

I usually can't stand the process of buying a new car as I always feel like there is the "big push" to get you to sign. With Mitch at the Acura dealer it was just the opposite, he listened to what we wanted and he never put any pressure on us. We took a test drive and said we were still looking around, Mitch fully understood and there was no pressure to buy that day. Mitch was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and always answered our questions honestly. When we did return, 2 weeks later, to finally buy the vehicle it was a very smooth and painless experience. The paperwork went quickly and the financing was just as easy. We were in and out in no time. He said more than once that "buying the vehicle was just the beginning of our relationship with him" and I look forward to that relationship as we enjoy our new Acura!

Satisfied customer

Rob was very helpful with the purchase of my car, making himself available after hours and on his day off. He also spent a substantial amount of time reviewing the basic technology of the car on the day of purchase. After the purchase, he followed up by text and phone call to make sure my questions were answered and that I was happy with the car.

Great Car Buying Experience

Worked with Rob Horton from start to finish and was treated with the utmost of respect and courtesy. He is an outstanding, honest and knowledgeable sales rep. Never felt pressured during the entire process. The sales manager James was wonderful/outstanding to work with as well. Brian in Schaller finance was clear, concise, and equally excellent in purchasing this vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Schaller Acura when looking for a new or used automobile.

Beyond Expections

I can't say enough about this recent experience of buying a car. Having not purchased a car in 15 years I was uncertain of what to expect. However having dealt with this dealership before I felt more comfortable. Prior to Schaller every time I have dealt with car salesmen I was felt I was always on the defensive. Anyone who needs a vehicle you must go to Schiller Acura and you MUST look for Rob Horton....he will listen to what you want, help you make decisions and make you feel good about it. He is a dynamite salesman who knows his product and makes you feel like you are his best friend. The whole experience is top-rated !!!!

We actually enjoyed buying a car

Amazing experience from start to finish! Mitch and Brian made it so easy. We hadn't bought a car in 15 years so you can imagine we were a little apprehensive. They were helpful but not pushy. They got us into a car at a lower price and in our budget. Can't say enough good things about this dealership!

Amazing

The level of professionalism is beyond the expected. Jeff Norwood and Brian Savo were amazing. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and drive away with it the same day. I drove away with a thorough understanding of all of my Acura's features. All of my questions were answered. Definitely a dealer worth doing business with! Satisfaction guaranteed.
